The ladies in this store were not only helpful they were very knowledgeable. Their stock levels were great, and we left with huge smiles after feeling very welcome.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. It reminded me of the type of customer service that was given 20+ years ago. I must admit, they also had a pretty nice sale going on. Although they did not have all of my items in stock; we were able to order them and have them shipped for free.

Best experience ever! I was greeted by Kathleen and told her I needed to get sized but only had a small time frame I was in and out in 35 minutes with great bras for a great deal! So glad I made the stop! Thank you ladies for all your help!

I do not have a Soma in my area, and order online. Recently, I made a purchase and inadvertently selected the wrong size. I happened to be near the Orland Park location for work, and called in to inquire about an exchange. They were extremely helpful and had the exchange ready when I walked in. The associates at this location rate a five-star for their great customer service!

WoW, my experience couldn’t have been better. The woman helping me this morning was on her A+ game. She helped me with a fitting for nursing bras. Got me 3 for $99 plus a $5 panty. What a deal and treated so nicely. I will be back for sure!!!

Every time I go into Soma the sales ladies are always very friendly and helpful in helping with sizing. The store is always very orderly and easy to look through apparel. I love the quality of the clothes, bras, and panties. A very nice selection at reasonable prices. Yesterday sales associate Lauren helped me find the right size bra and also found several more for me to try on. She was very helpful with size and what style worked best for my shape. Catherine and Patty the other sales associates were very pleasant and kind as well. It's always a great experience when I go in and I highly recommend trying out Soma Intimates! Thank you!

Love this place because they Assist on providing the correct size you need. My experience was excellent. Purchase a bra but when i got home and tried, it felt different. I went back and exchanged. Happy with my purchased.

A must if you require larger cup or band sizes. The staff here are GREAT, friendly, and helpful. They will make sure you get what you came for. Even if a size is not in stock, they will order it for you online and it ships to your home for free. Love this shop!!!

Absolutely loved shopping there today. The salesperson I had was so nice and extremely helpful. I finally got a sports bra that actually fits! This will definitely be my go to bra shop!
