I’ve never been to any book store since I’m not big fun of reading but my boys does. First time going in and I could say that I was impressed. Very nice, huge, clean and organized. Service was ok. So much books to choose from! I didn’t expect to see toys but they’re really expensive though. It’s cool that there’s Starbucks inside the store. Would definitely go back to buy more books. My boys enjoyed their time there.

Truly one of the best places to buy books! They always have a great selection of exclusive B&N copies of popular books. Workers are always so helpful when I can't find a book I'm looking for. I've gotten other great goodies like notebooks, bt21, & animw merch as well.

Yesterday the girlfriend and I decided to have a date afternoon here at Barnes & Noble. Truth be told, I rarely can sit still long enough to be able to get my money's worth on a book because of this hyperactivity issue of mine, but for some reason coming in here I can stay focused and actually read a book.

The girlfriend and I found several books we were interested in and thumbed through them while sipping on our coffee from their instore Starbucks.

We spent about 2 hours here and it was lovely. If you become a member things are a little cheaper so perhaps I should break down and just join since we've came here twice a week for the last three weeks. :)

Logged on to write this, Lisa aka Ms. J is radical in all the best ways. That’s the person as a child you would magically wish to encounter, but guess what? My daughter did. Lisa encouraged my daughter’s reading, and even awarded her grumpy monkey sunglasses. I could write an entire review on that….but man. Lisa is out there slanging retail bookstore magical in federal way and I couldn’t really begin to explain how special that is.

What a lovely space! My recent hobbies inspired a trip to Barnes & Noble. What a treat to see Starbucks to the right as I entered. I grabbed a snack and coffee to refresh.
Wow wow wow.. so many books. So much knowledge under one roof! I loved it. Also, the employees hand wrote a few of their recommendations and placed them under their selection. I really appreciated that and purchased one.

Very clean and well organized. Large selection of all types of genres. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend if you want to come and read as the cafe is very relaxing with very little noise.

I have been shopping here for years and have always had a great experience, but last night I attended the midnight book release for Crescent City 3 and the staff made the experience so fun, and everyone was very sweet! The scavenger hunt was cool and the book displays were picture worthy! 10/10

Fantastic store! The staffing are extremely helpful and so nice. Just a great place to explore the books, shop and what's even better they have a coffee shop!

I love this place! It's big, quiet, huge selection. They have a cafe so you can read and sip. Relaxing, comforting area. It's a nice place to come when you need to decompress and get away from the noise. Definitely worth coming here on a day off. I also love their children selection.

Love the selection and the helpful employees. Hands down my favorite book store. If it closes I really really hope it relocates!

I love this store. The employees are awesome, attentive, helpful, and always willing to make your shopping easier. The store is very well organized, and super clean. I always go back and highly recommend to everyone

I don't ever leave reviews but this experience deserves one! Dakota was incredible! My daughter and I came in right before closing and Dakota made us feel so welcome, reassured us that he totally understood the urgency in getting the next Warriors book and made sure I got the best price for the book with my membership. I've worked in Retail and Sales Management for years and to take the time and effort to give us an extraordinary, personalized experience with only minutes til closing really made an impact. Not one close to wear I live now but this one is nice. The starbuck's how ever? High price no flavor avaliable. No purchase from now on at this and any other store's without flavors.

Prices were decent line wasn't crazy. Didn't take long to get through and staff seemed really nice guy gave me every discount he could. I really like this one.

Always a pleasant place to visit! Calm, chill, and filled eith great books. The queue for checking out could use some improvement just because it's not always clear where to go or stand. I don't go too often since I don't have the ideal membership but it's still a good spot to hang out and shop. Staff was polite and helpful and the place was clean.
