Kroger Marketplace

I love this Kroger! So clean and stocked. Twice I needed something from a top shelf and before I could look around for help there was an employee with the item for me! All employees are so friendly and helpful. From being greated as I walked in to the very polite young man bagging my groceries carefully!

Why is the lady in the self checkout lane always in such a bad mood? Is it something that I did to her? No I didn’t do anything to her. She just seems like she’s very unhappy to be working at Kroger‘s. I’m not sure why everybody else seems so happy. She makes me want to drive 8 extra miles to the H-E-B.

I went to Kroger today and was met by the sweetest lady. I am changing my review from 2 stars to 5 because she was so nice.

This is my favorite store for pickup orders. They almost always have everything in stock, which never happens at other Krogers I've ordered from. They are also usually friendly, even if they are busy. There are 2 other Krogers closer to my house, but I drive further to go to this one whenever I can.

Everyone is great and nice but..........12 plastic bags to throw away that had 1 or 2 small items in them and 6 bottles of champagne in 2 six pack cloth carriers, 3 in each. I consolidated everything into 7 plastic bags. Multiply this by all the pick up orders and tell me if Kroger isn't losing money and contributing to landfills. It's like this every time, sad

Great store and clean. Huge assortment of items in additionto griceried...clothes, cooking/ baking utensils, holiday items, makeup, pillows, storage bins...so much

I love shopping at Kroger and getting good fuel. They are the best and I'm glad that they are lowering the prices for us as well. Thank you Kroger from a 10+year consumer

Plenty of options for shopping needs. Great quality produce and specialty items. Lots of room for parking.

Always very clean! It has too many "do it yourself" registers though.

This Kroger is a very nice clean New Bright kroger. Everything is laid out and easily accessible

They made these wonderful looking cakes for my aunt and I's birthday. Hers was white cake with buttercream frosting and tie dye. My cake was floral and supposed to be marble with whipped cream frosting but it was barely marble it was still delicious.

Kroger always has the best prices locally and outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond to make customers happy.

Absolutely love this Kroger! Customer service is top-notch! Deborah saw me struggling with my groceries because I didn’t think to grab a basket and I had to answer an important work call.She helped me and walked me all the way to the front and had customer service check me out so I wouldn’t struggle any longer. The customer service lady was so sweet as well. Just can’t remember her name.Thank you both!

Real nice & large Kroger close to Walden and historic Montgomery. Have clothes and misc. more like a Walmart then traditional grocery store. We are regulars.

5 Stars is for Holden. The store's better than it has been but he's been there the longest, tries the hardest and always has a good attitude. I'm always glad to see him when I shop there.

The store REALLY needs to work on pricing. Many items are way over-priced, Haagen Daas pints $6.99, same thing at HEB $3.99, Walmart $3.98. Come on, stop gouging.

I love this Kroger in Montgomery Texas and highly recommend. My wife and I have been coming to this Kroger for several years but today I was floored when a gentleman who works there by the name of Chris helping people at the self check out registers. I only had $20 in my pocket and my groceries came out to be $30. I asked Chris to remove some items so that I could pay and be on my way. Chris, started pushing some buttons and without me seeing him do it he slipped his personal credit card into the machine and covered the $10 overhead on his personal credit card. I was shocked and thankful for the gesture and customer service. He did not have to do that but he did and I just wanted to give him a huge shout out today. Chris at the self checkout line in Kroger on 105 out in Montgomery Texas is Awesome. Good to know there are human beings out there that will help a stranger. Chris, God bless you and thank you so much. I will pay it forward my new friend.

I tell you what (hank hill voice) The dark-haired gentleman that runs the self check out line is the best employee I’ve ever seen. I come from a background of customer service and the gentleman is top-notch. he is always ready to help no matter how absurd and innain some of the guests requests are, he keeps his cool and takes care of them incredibly well.

Her name is Deborah and last night after a long day of setting up for a event at a Nursing Home in Houston, I stopped in to buy two cakes from the bakery, which was already closed, my sister was with m
e and asked the workers behind the
meat counter cleaning up but they where not willing to help me, so
I walked over to the other side of the store by the clothing department and found Deborah, who didnt work in that department but was willing to help me ! I was so very thankful for her, she didnt even know where boxes were but that didnt stop her from looking,finding and helping me! For Deborah I give 5 stars as because of her I didn't leave that store empty handed and the residents at Villa Toscana Nursing
Home will have cake today ! I truly hope Krogers keeps employee's like Deborah around as she is a quality employee going above and beyond for customers

I went there about 1030am looking for things I usually don't by and the stocker gals in the cheese, water, kitchen and tp areas were so very helpful and gave me my answers with a smile as they pointed me in the right direction. Not often do I have interaction with many but these girls (ladies) were the bomb. I wish I could remember their names so the manager can recognize them
