This hardware has everything I need and they have fantastic customer service.

David helped me in the paint department (matched/mixed a quart of paint and it was a PERFECT match for what I painted). He also helped to guide me to select exactly the right products for a project I was doing.

Jim's is the ultimate in hardware stores. Always had what I needed and best customer service that you could ever want in a store. They are more concerned about satisfying their customers than the cell phone.

The staff here are knowledgeable and attentive. They treat their customers like they have known them for years.

This is everything a hardware store should be! The staff is friendly and helpful. They have everything you could ever need. (No, really, they do!) They store is a nice size. Usually most things are cheaper than your large chain stores. I would drive further to go here. The shopping experience is the best you can get!

OMG- Plenty of ANYTHING you'd need for any kind of work; yard, home, garden, or even commercial jobs! This place is PACKED with tools, hardware and equipment! If they ain't got it, they can get it!!! Unbelievable how much they can get in one place. And it's perfectly located for western Montgomery county residents and folks working in the area! Try 'em! You'll build a great rapport with the knowledgeable and helpful employees!

At first I thought Jim's was a quaint country hardware store (it is), then I realized they have just about everything under the sun (they do), what I didn't expect are the (generally) lower prices than the big box stores and very friendly, helpful staff. Anymore, I just go to Jim's Hardware first. A wonderful place to shop.

We moved here about two years ago and have been to Jim’s hardware many times since. We took on renovating our first home and it’s been a huge undertaking but with the kind people in Montgomery and and amazing local businesses like Jim’s Hardware it’s made the process so much easier. I have been meaning to leave a great review for awhile now but after yesterday I am definitely leaving one. Wanda at Jim’s hardware and another kind employee spent 30 minutes trying to help us find the proper fittings for our plumbing parts, I really don’t know a store who would give customer service like this. We love going here and definitely recommend to anyone living here or passing through. They’re the best people and have a great selection of products you can find at places like Home Depot. Thank y’all for your kindness! We appreciate ya.

Staff is friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Usually have most things I need, but there are times they may not have what I am looking for. Understandable as it is a smaller hardware store and not the big conglomerate corporations like Lowes or Home Depot.

This place has been helpful for as long as I can remember. Staff go above and beyond to help. If they don't have it they may know where to get it. Love this hardware store. Cut some keys for me recently and took care to do the job well and put them on key rings. Thoroughly recommend.

Always great selection and knowledge staff

Fantastic place, they really care about the guests. During the freeze they talked me and many others how to fix our pipes. They even turned 4 "wrong" parts into 1 "right" part since they were out of the right part. They are the only reason my family had running water.

Always helpful here! The employees here take the time to help you find what you need or prefer things together. First place I go to for all my hardware supplies.
