This is the team!! My family has been coming here for almost 15 years and rarely have had any mishaps. But, when my shy kid's order was accidentally handed to another vehicle, he sat waiting for 45 minutes! The team had no idea because my son just waited!
Alex and the rest of the staff felt so bad and was grateful I understood. My son just got his license, so I was more worried about where he was!!
They refreshed our order and apologized and thanked us for not getting irate, like some do, apparently...

For a McDonald's this place is top end of the locations. People are friendly, their country, food is always hot and fresh. And I tell you what, the sweet tea always tastes a bit sweeter here. I never hesitate to hit up this location for quick bite heading west on 105.

I stopped here with 2 kids and got 2 happy meals and my quarter pounder meal. I ordered through the kiosk while alexia the cashier worked on the line. Afterwards, I waited near the counter for our food while the kids played on the playground. The reason I wanted to write this review is because Alexia was super nice and helpful. I watched her with multiple guests and I even watched her help another employee with the ice cream machine. She provided great customer service! The food was good. No complaints. Had to go back and order a basket of fries as the kids wanted more even.

I was actually impressed when I went in. Extremely fast, and it didn't taste like it was yesterday's leftovers😜. And they actually made my frappe RIGHT! It was a good trip to McDonald's with kiddo

Love the staff at this McDonald's! They always get our order correct and are always great at customer service. McDonald's is pretty consistent with providing great food at great prices, but THIS McDonald's staff is unlike any other McDonald's that I've been to. Y'all are killin' it with your excellent customer service! 👏

On my past reviews of this location, I had been very critical of their attitude toward their dine-in customers having to wait until they could fit you in between their drive thru customers. However, recently this attitude has changed so much that I can give them a 5 star rating without any reservations. Not only has the service changed significantly but so has the food level as well. My kudos to the person or person's responsible for this marked transition.

This McDonalds is super grate. They are clean with a fun atmostphere. I appreciated Kristal from management. She expressed pride and ethic in her work and commitment to customers. Keep up the good work

The lady at the register was super friendly. I couldn't find where you get water, which is super embarrassing but she helped me without judgment. I'll be coming here again. Food came fast too. Only in there for a few minutes.

Im not a fan of McDonald's but my kids are and this is by far the best one around. Food is hot and fresh everytime i have to eat it.

I have visited this establishment quite a bit since moving here a little over a year ago, and at first it was terrible. As of about months ago the store hasn't had a high turnover in staff, and has improved so well on customer service and accuracy of orders. Ms. Sharron is AMAZING! LOVE HER she is super friendly and handles business like a champ! Ethan is THE ONLY person I want fixing my coffee! He is the best and makes it the same every single time! He pays close attention to details, and if its not right, he does what he can to make it right! The management has drastically improved as well. They are more engaging and attentive to the staff.

Nothing bad to say. McDonald's offers what you want: a cheap meal quickly. The service is reliably fast and the employees are nice. The fries are almost always on point which is usually the most important thing for me. Just don't wait until you get home to eat them.

Man I had a great morning today and it all started with my trip to McDonald’s. When I walked in Beverly and Sarah both greeted me with a great smile! I really felt like the were in good spirits and all around great people. Meeting them today has kicked my day off on the right foot, thanks for hiring great people like them!

Honestly great staff. They are usually short handed and get extremely under appreciated by the customers and it’s sad to see. I always see them running around and then someone complains a table isn’t clean and then complains on line that the table wasn’t clean “all day” haha, id like to see those people go back there and do what they do plus attempt to clean tables not to mention, when the people in front of me in line get upset because it took them till the second window to realize they wanted more fries after they already payed😂 god it’s the people in montgoemry that are the problem not this McDonalds
