I always went to the O'Reilly Montgomery store and had a wonderful service. they are very helpful.
I went to the new lake Conroe store to look for some fuses ( I didn't know which one I need. I ask for help and the man there told me he couldn't help me unless I knew what I need. It was other man on the phone and no more clients. He was rude with the answer and turn his back to do something else. I won't back to that store again. I hope they get better help as the Montgomery store one. All of them and very nice and helpful

These guys know more about cars than most part houses. Always helpful. Most of them have been here a long time which shows they are happy. The new place down the road didn’t even know what a cotter pun was. He asked me what brand and year vehicle it went on.

Love going here. Bought a new starter for my dad's car. They are always helpful.

Although their prices are more expensive than autozone, that people there are just amazing, especially Charlie.

Cannot say enough about our O'Reilly's in Montgomery. Always so helpful and professional. Ryan helped me today. I couldn't get the screws off the air filter lodging, he did so and replaced the filter and had to fix new screws for me,as the old ones were stripped. They are this old lady's knights in shining armor. This isn't the first time they have gone out of their way for me.

Great service very helpful in buying the right thing.

I went in to get a new battery, Tommy suggested I test the starter and alternator first before spending the money. He checked and they were both good. I just needed a new battery. He got me the battery I needed and changed it out for me. All in the RAIN. Exceptional service!!

We had to replace my mother’s headlight this evening and DJ came to our rescue! He saw us struggling to get the headlight out and he immediately came over and offered to help. He had both headlights replaced in less than a minute. Very kind man and we will definitely keep using his store for all of our future car needs.

Needed help with my truck. Buddy did an alternator check that turned out to be good. Then a battery check that came back bad. I bought the battery and Buddy proceeded to do the install. This guy was getting it done. Turned out they weren't allowed to do it and I needed to take it to a shop for the install. Just wanted to come on here and give Buddy a shout out and thank him again for going the extra mile for me. I will always come to your store for my automotive needs. Keep up the great work, Buddy.

I got everything I needed and the cashier was very helpful, but there was one person who was in line before me apparently and was not seen by the cashier. He was standing by the front door so he did not look like he was in line. The cashier entered my stuff in the register before he came to speak up and say that he was in line first. I offered to give him the register but the man behind the counter said that it already been entered and he could get him on the other register immediately but the man insisted that the employees were rude because they did not see him "In line". So good job employees for trying to take care of the situation despite the man not wanting help just wanting to complain. The man walked out and said he's going to talk to the manager tomorrow. Nice people good service and willing to help rude customers.

They were awesome got me a battery they did so good they put the battery in and everything I thought I was going to have to do it I thought you made sure that it was tight good it took good care of me p if you ever need anything done that's the perfect spot just check your alternator and make sure it's good or make sure the battery is bad before they even try to sell you something
