Walmart Supercenter

I always enjoy shopping here even if my list grows. The prices are really getting much better every time I visit. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are even kid friendly for those moms who fear their kid will have a meltdown in the store.

I am very late leaving this comment, I was here from out of state dealing with parents’ estate. I left my wallet at the self checkout after having helped an elderly lady that had a hole in her sugar bag. I noticed the trail by the registers, employees were already beginning to clean it up, I ended up behind the customer in line, I alerted the customer to the issue and employees helped us remove the broken bag, clean up and replace her item. The employees were very courteous and helpful. I’m giving this info in hopes that someone will remember who turned in my wallet!

I accidentally left my wallet, I was traveling and had a lot of cash on me. I did not realize my wallet was missing until a couple of days later. I was very panicked and went to the service desk, my wallet was there with all of my cash and belongings! I want to thank your employees for their honesty and quickly turning in my wallet before it could be stolen. This could have been quite devastating for me, I also work retail and know well that other customers or a dishonest employee could have easily taken everything! Thank you so much!

I had a problem with a Vanilla gift card not working. I went to have walmart replace it, as that's where it was purchased. Walmart doesn't control the outcome of other cards. I was so frustrated. Nikki from customer service went out of her way to be helpful and resolve the issue. She called the customer service at Vanilla and even argued with them when they wanted to tell her there was nothing she could do. Vanilla fixed the issue. Nikki was helpful and kind and went above and beyond her duties to work it out. We need more customer service people like that out there.

The employees at this store are very friendly and helpful. I use self-checkout and the prices almost always scan correctly. Even the cart person, Dylan, is friendly (and he's certainly a hard worker!!).

I'm not a fan of Walmart but this one, is the nicest and cleanest one I've ever visited. From the people to the service, this place is great. If they were all like this I would be a fan, alas...99% of walmarts are just trashy...but not this one lol go here

All good folk but especially enjoy the tenure of the automotive department. Nice they remain on their role of service with a smile.

Do a lot of shopping here because of convenience. The store, however , is getting rundown. Need decent carts and just an overall makeover. Customers should b required to wear decent attire!!!

I would like to commend Joseph who took the time to go find me some veggie wash after multiple visits and interactions with other Walmart associates…

Had to self check myself out again. I bet the next time I go to Walmart, I will have to restock the product I pull from the self. Or maybe clean the bathroom??? Who knows where Walmart will stop asking for help. On a good note, I do have to say that the south Wal-Marts are so much better and cleaner than where I am from, which is Carson City. We have pallets in ALL the isle and doesn't matter which day it is. Come on Carson City get with the south standards.

The store was clean and well stocked. Only out of 2 things we went to buy. We go to this Walmart most frequently.

As a W+ member, I can have my groceries delivered free of charge as often as needed, saving me valuable time.

I picked up meds for my son today and Anton the Pharmacist was very friendly and helpful as was the young lady who checked me out!

This is not your typical Walmart. The place is super clean and I feel very safe shopping here. We are able to get in and out in a timely manner and I actually enjoy shopping here.

This location is well laid out and easy to navigate. It's in a good location.

Spring and summer outdoor activities and supplies are stocked and cute as can be with festive colors and designs. Many sports have all the needed accessories on the shelves, as well. The employees were happy and very courteous - nice day to browse and shop.

Knew what we were looking for. No trouble locating. So in and out

I must admit...THIS LOCATION IS ON POINT!! From the moment of walking in and being greeted by more than just the nice greeter to other employees asking me if I needed assistance, to the nice and cheerful cashier?! Wow!!😳😁 (That part is "not" very typical.) Throughout the store there were not employee(s) running, dodging or pretending to ignore you. The store is neat, organized and clean!! (Not cluttered, clothing everywhere, off hangers, on floor, or typical norms.) And the "CLEARANCE"....whether looking on the actual isle or various departments - all I can say is that I ended up purchasing several items, than the one item that I actually went to buy! Keep up the great work ethics, great atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff!!

Pleasant experience in the automotive department purchasing a replacement battery for my vehicle. Great price and better warranty than other local auto parts stores.

Shelley was awesome! She helped me find several things on my list (despite the website being wrong) and was helpful with advice for a home improvement project I'm working on.

Back again! This time Mandy went out of her way to help me with a MAJOR price discrepancy on cauliflower. Customer Service is not dead at this Walmart.

This Wal-Mart actually has people at the registers! It is so much better than any other Wal-Mart I've been to in the Mississippi/ Tennessee area. There's normally only one register open, and they want you to use self check out. Self check out is awful when you have a buggy full of stuff.
