Lopez Island Creamery

I highly recommend checking out this factory to get some delicious locally sourced ice cream. They support local farms, and have some really good flavors. I have tried the Salted Caramel, Coffee Toffee, and this visit, I got the Lavender Vanilla and Coconut. Sooo good. They have seating both indoors and out and have a bathroom. The sell items like t-shirts and hats, and you can get some ice cream to-go also. Enjoy! I will be back!

I highly recommend, their ice cream is delicious. I had cookies and cream and it was probably the creamiest that I have had. They also allow the pups to hang out with you on the patio

A necessary detour after smoking and leaving Anacortes!! The lemon Raspberry is my favorite!! Got a pint of Cookies and Cream too!!

This was my first time to Anacortes and Washington and was recommended we go here to get ice cream! I was not disappointed at all! The staff were very nice and recommended their favorite flavor combinations and I ended up getting the oatmeal cookie and blackberry which was incredible! The scoops were huge and the single size was perfect! If I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Stopped in and tried the matcha almond and vanilla. Had to grab a shirt as well, so cute!! And the young man helping us was so friendly. Perfect!!!

Unbelievable Rich sick great flavors I will definitely be coming back here when I’m in the area. Facility is very nice bathrooms are large ample parking indoor and outdoor seating brand new facility they make the ice cream on sites.

Staff is very nice and helpful. They could even put ice cream in your hand if you want.

I L💗vE this place!!! It’s the BEST kept secret in the northwest from Anachortes. Want to treat yourself to good quality ice cream - then look no further. This is where passion and quality collide. The strawberry, peanut butter chunk and salted caramel swirl are my favorites!!! They even had sorbets and a sugar free option. If you’re a waffle cone lover, Lopez makes ‘em fresh daily.
The ice cream sandwiches sold in selected stores are out-of-this-world!!!!!

Absolutely amazing ice cream!! So flavorful, rich, thick, creamy! And really good value. The “single” is two huge scoops. All the flavors we tried were delicious and I particularly enjoyed the cookies and cream. The space is airy and has lots of outdoor patio seating. Highly recommend!

Great ice cream! They had over 20 varieties available and the sizes are huge. I got a "single" size in a waffle cone and was surprised that a single meant two giant scoops!! My only wish is that they would have milkshakes.

The ice cream here is SO delicious! It is located about 10 minutes from The Shrimp Shack :) we had the Lemon Raspberry Swirl and the Toffee Coffee Crunch. The gals working when we visited were very friendly offering many samples 😋 If you love ice cream you should come try some!

The ice cream is made here and it was tasty (it was less sugary, which made it feel more healthy). You can see the pasteurization tanks etc through the glass. We ordered chocolate chip almond and toffee coffee crunch both of which were great! The quantity was a lot (3 big scoops in the waffle cone).

Great ice cream plus options for non-dairy eaters. I tried the non-dairy chocolate ice cream and cucumber lime sorbet, and both were very good. A split single scoop is plenty (see photo). Easy access off the highway between Anacortes and Mt. Vernon. Plenty of seating indoors and outside.

The Lopez Island Creamery outlet is a great new addition to the area. They serve up massive scoops of excellent ice cream. My blueberry ice cream was just wonderful. The staff are courteous and helpful. There are tables there if you want to eat on premise.

LOVE this gem! It’s my go-to spot after rock climbing. They have a laundry list of year round flavors in addition to seasonal flavors all created in house. Single, double or triple scoops- whatever your heart desires! Don’t miss checking this off while visiting the Anacortes area!

One of the best ice cream creamery in town. If you have wheat allergies. Try the prepackaged ice cream in a small container. The ice cream contains egg. If you have egg allergy avoid it. But overall this is the place to go if you love ice cream.

Don’t be deceived by the “scoop size” I ordered 1 scoop of skagit strawberry and earl grey and had them split that scoop because it’s the equivalent of 3+ regular scoops

If you live in this area, I AM JEALOUS! I live in rhw south sound so this was almost considered an epic journey... For Ice Cream.

I ended up seeing it as I drove by while heading even farther out for work. Cell reception was sketchy so I didn't get to research it. As it turns out there was nothing to worry about, the place is warm and inviting with great people and even better ice cream!

Do yourself a favor and stop by you will not be disappointed. The sell ice cream by the scoop, pint, ice cream cookie sandwiches, sorbet, and dairy free. There is something for everyone here.

What a cool little factory store. Lopez Island's ice creams are subtle and delicious. It's going to be a stop on my way to Anacortes now. They give very generous portions. Pro-tip: get a bowl, not a cake cone. There's going to be so much ice cream heaped on that you need a spoon and a bowl!

Great friendly staff and very good ice cream. The only recommendation I would have would be to install a plexiglass window so customers can see the ice cream.

Definitely going back on our next trip.

My family came here with hopes of a tour. There either was never one or not one at the time we went. They do serve ice cream here though with a surprising number of flavors for a non specialized ice cream parlor. It was a bit pricey but a good size serving and very tasty! I would go again and that's easier now that they are opening branch parlors.
