McDonald's

A couple of years ago, I would've given this location 3 stars. Orders used to be wrong/cold often times. However, they really seemed to turn it around as of late. Last few meals from here have all been correct, hot, and the fries were nice and salty. Also, the employees are very friendly. 5 stars - well deserved.

Ordered through the app, grabbed drive-through. It was efficient, accurate, and as expected for McDonald's.

The manager is great, I didn't receive part of my order in the drive-thru due to the window attendant, the manager apologized and gave me the item for free. Very kind and professional!

The three or four people working we're working very hard to take care of everybody in line as quickly as possible. And thank you for waiting on my Sunday till I got up to the window did not melt, thank you. Keep up the good!!!

Store was extremely busy but got through it pretty quickly and employees were helpful and friendly.

5 stars, you know why? There is always a graveyard shift crew who try’s to handle the rush. The guy at the drive thru is constantly hustling and bustling. They are definitely understaffed but this review is for the night shift staff, the morning crew as-well you hustle your butts off and I appreciate it. I see you!

Me and my fiance new to the area, this is BY FAR the better establishment among the 3 different McDonald's we've been to. Courteous, diligent, great service, overall better experience. I'm very appreciative of this location than the rude, ratchet and seemingly unsanitary experience at the others.

George was so nice and helpful. My order was messed up because of confusion, human error not a big deal...but the way George handle it. Very friendly. Every employee should be more like George! Honestly

Overall a very good McDonald's. Food is almost always fresh, and whenever there'sa problem with an order, they fix it no questions asked. It has all the new fancy bells and whistles, which is nice.
The employees are always very friendly, even though that's not why I go to McDonwald's. This is a good McDoodle's, as far as I'm concerned.
I really don't know why this McDangle's is so poorly rated.

I am a regular customer at this particular McDonald's and i just have to compliment the workers on their fast and friendly service!! Especially the african american girl that greets people with "goodmorning beautiful" She put a smile on my face and made my day!!! I think she deserves a raise because she is making a difference. Keep up the good work..

As an Uber eats driver I've visited almost every McDonald's in Allegheny County, my opinion may a bit slanted. Although I'm beginning to understand why sometimes the Uber eats driver may not be the one to ask, since I'm not purchasing the food for my self.

Went through the drive-thru and got a $1.00 drink. Order was correct and provided in a reasonable time. Staff was friendly.

Considering everything that's going on with covid-19 and a lot of people want to use the drive-thru and myself as a tow truck driver it's just easier to use a drive-through versus going in the crew at McDonald's during the day are doing an awesome job wait time is not that much longer than normal considering the drive-through volume is much higher than normal so they are definitely doing a great job

They have a big screen it shows you what you order and a price I haven't been going through drive-thrus because I have a hearing impairment but with that screen it made a very easy for people with hearing disabilities like myself. Awesome McDonald's

Atmosphere-What you should expect at a drive-thru

This restaurant went through a recent update. Open floor pattern now. They deliver the food when you are dining in. My son loves their breakfast options.

You like McDonalds, i like mcdonalds, its all there and you know what your getting. The consistency of course is there and so its a 5 star rating. On top of staff being good, and a clean store for once.

When they did not have the pies we ordered ready they offered a substitute pie and cookies. They did well.
