I’m just gonna say that I’ve lived over here for two years and Taco Bell has been amazing I eat there frequently and never have any of the issues mentioned my food is always hot and correct the young man who works the drive through is always very nice and food comes out fast

I have visited this location several times. The evening crew is fantastic. Even in stressful situations (had a long drive-thru line, one night) they remain helpful and pleasant. We typically have multiple special orders, and this team has always produced them perfectly. They deserve praise and my repeat business.

Best taco Bell in Pittsburgh. They handle alot of traffic, but always super friendly at drive thru, and quick. In two years of frequenting there, I've only had one order wrong, and even then the staff was quick to correct it at , FOR FREE. I love the ppl who work there, lol

There was fun energy at this one. Workers seemed to get along and were having fun as well as offering great service. Food was above average taco bell NGL.

Pro Tip: If you dine in you can get all you can drink Baja Blast or Fire Sauce!

Vegetarians can eat here too! Remove meet from tortilla before consuming or go with refried beans, toot toot.

If you don't mind the taste, smell, look or stigma of a Taco Bell, this place is for you!

I work nearby and stop here for lunch once or twice a week. No matter how short staffed they are, everyone on the customer-facing staff is always so sweet. Food-wise, it's your standard Taco Bell, but other things equal, I'll always choose this one because their staff is so nice.

I see some poor ratings here. To be truthful, I only go there in the evening and that shift is one-hundred-percent everything they should be, & my order is always correct. I order a variant due to my veganism. The portions are consistent and correct. They are courteous and pleasant and quick.

I don't normally reviews for fast food but for this one it had to be done. Today I went to get tacos from taco bell in greentree. Usually they are ok. It's fast food so it is what it is. A girl by the name of Roberta T. Waited on me. From the start of my order to the very end she was such a joy!!! She was so positive, kind and just a joy to be around ❤. Wish more people were like her.

Not sure.if they're still renovating, but for the last 18 months that I've lived in the area, this has been my favorite place to get food. The employees have all been very nice, my order is almost always correct, and the 1 time that they accidentally handed me the wrong order, they corrected it immediately. I order special frequently too, so their consistency is impressive!

We drove over to here after McDonald's had over 8 cars just piling up at their drive thru.
We were greeted right away once we pulled up their drive thru and we placed our order and then once we got to the Window we were instantly greeted and then we paid and got our drinks right aways and the got our food less than 5 mins later
We were there and done in less then 15 mins

I was pleasantly surprised with my last visit. The staff was very polite and my order was made quickly. My food was fresh and hot and really hit the spot. Thanks and keep up the great customer service!

I love this place because it has a variety of different tacos and a couple different sauces for your taste. The location is good for the. Because its on a big street. The service if surprisingly fast I would not have thought that. They never tend to forget any drinks or tacos. I never need to go back for a issue or anything. When I ask for a sauce I would thinm they would give 2 or 3 but they give you like 2 handfulls we got a whole drawer full of them that we could sell for $20 or more. This is a good place that I love to eat at.

Oh yeah, love this place. I could eat here everyday, the unhealthy food is cheap, the healthy food is fresh. Nice good menu. I just hate that when there's more than 10 people it takes thirty minutes to get food. Seems like everybody is getting custom items or 30 chalupas.

I'm pleased to see the number of reviews complimenting the staff here. I've been here quite a few times, at different times of day, inside and in the drive-through, and the staff has always been very attentive and friendly. It's a breath of fresh air and I always appreciate it when I come here.

My car broke down near this Taco Bell on my way to work and I came inside to get some breakfast and keep warm. The staff at the location were very helpful and pleasant during this time of stress. They suggested a great breakfast meal for me to enjoy while I waited for my tow truck. They referred me to a representative at the Enterprise location next door with which they were friendly and that ended up being very useful. They also gave me a free refill on my coffee while I continued to wait for my tow to arrive. After awhile they even allowed me to charge my cell phone using one of their personal chargers! The staff's helpfulness combined with the great food made this my favorite Taco Bell trip ever. If I were to ever breakdown in a freezing cold snow storm again, I hope that it's in this same exact spot because this was the best possible way to wait for roadside assistance and calm my nerves.

First time using the app and they prepared the meal after I pulled up, so it wasn't sitting around the whole time. Also very safe in the exchange due to the pandemic precautions. Wleverything as ordered and very friendly
