Needed plexiglass cut with millimeter precision. Staff could not have been more patient, helpful, or friendly. Allowing measure and remeasure before performing the requested cuts. This particular store rises above its sister locations in the region. Great experience.

Had a delivery issue yesterday. Staff & manager were so accommodating. Awesome customer service. So kudos & I am extremely grateful.

I found it disappointing that they don't offer tool rentals.

As far as home hardware stores go this is a fine place...prices are reasonable and they will match almost any price found elseware...100% prefer Lowes over Menards

Soooo helpful! I was behind time on a project for an elder relative, trying to beat both forcasted rain and a code enforcement inspection, and there were lines with all the regular folks you'd look to for help. To complicate matters further, I've had two surgeries & couldn't possibly run all over the store hunting for things -- let alone lift the bags of gravel & sand I needed on my own. Paul from the Pro-Desk came on over to help me, got everything I needed AND someone to load it all in.
With the time and (especially!) the energy he saved me, I was able to get everything taken care of just before the rain came down! Sometimes you can't see how badly someone desperately needs things to be just even a hair easier because everything is that close to being too much. Thanks, Paul, for stepping up!

I shop at Lowe's for bamboo house plants. They have a large selection of plants and I like bamboo because it is extremely easy to care for. Lowe's is dog friendly!

I needed to purchase plants and flowers for shade, partial sun and full sun. I was approached by an employee at Heidelberg Lowes asking if I needed assistance. Patrick showed me everything from the type of soil to every plant, bulb and flower I needed to complete the project I envisioned.
He cost me 3 or 4 hundred dollars (haha), but his knowledge was like I was dealing with an encyclopedia.. I never leave reviews but felt I needed to in this instance. Thank you again kind sir.

Gotta love dog friendly stores. Associates are friendly and willing to stop and assist not only the 4 legged but the 2 legged customers.

WOW what a great experience! Mike and Pat both need accommodations for going up and beyond. Yes they have a job to do but these guys really went up n beyond. We wanted a particular Halloween decoration that was on display. They saw there were 2 in the store but couldn't find them. Oh they didn't do the typical we will call you or must be a mistake. No they went into search mode until they found them loaded it escorted us to check out. I tired us with ideas and made our shopping experience enjoyable! We are shoppers of all stores but ya better believe next time we check Home Depot in Bridgeville first.

Pro tip: save yourself time by looking up items on the app. They show a aisle number and will help you navigate the store faster. You can also check the prices of any item in the store using the app. Thank my later!

There was a woman with dark short, black hair who was very helpful to my husband and found what he was looking for. I didn't know her name because she helped him.

Great selection of products at reasonable prices. Found some quarter round trim that matches the vinyl plank flooring almost exactly.

The store is very well organized and easy to find most items. The staff is knowledgable and very helpful.

Most recent visit to local store was unexpected. Out of pure convenience i do 95% of home improvement/ hardware purchases at home depot..I was shocked to be treated as well as I did by a store employee's. Ben was particularly helpful and helped me find everything I needed. Thanks for that.

On Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021 I went to Lowes in Carnegie, PA. I have been so frustrated with home improvement projects lately and was not feeling very hopeful. Paul, from Flooring, saw me meandering around (I didn't know what I was doing at all) and asked if he could help. What an amazing and positive person. He was helpful and stuck with me. I so appreciated him!
