Great phone service experience. The technician was very easy to talk to, I explained my phone issue and he proposed a possible remedy with cost if remedy worked. The service he provided to fix my phone issue was successful as well as provide safety accessories at my request at a reasonable cost. I will highly recommend ubreakifix to anybody that has a phone issue.

The girl who attended me was very nice, she explained to me the process good, she gave me the price since I left the phone, it took 3 hours to fix it. I could not be more happier with the service. I highly recommend this place for phone repairs.

Terrill, the store manager, was extremely helpful and friendly. I needed an estimate on an Xbox controller repair for a warranty through Walmart, and he went above and beyond in explaining options and providing paperwork I can submit on my warranty claim. A+ service!

Wow!!! Tanner was one of a kind. Earlier last month i had an emergency with my phone and Tanner saved the day. Tanner was very knowledgeable in every aspect of phones and troubleshooting softwares technology etc. Tanner provided me with the best customer service I could have ever asked for. Tanner was very determined to help me get my phone fixed when I called and happily answered all of my questions in thorough detail. Tanner did more than he needed to and I can't thank him enough! I highly recommend asking for Tanner if you are in need of a phone related issue! He really knows what he is talking about. Tanner is the best around by far and because of him I am a member and i will drive the extra 40 minutes to have him take care of my phone related problems always his customer service is 10 stars. The staff at the Settlers Ridge store were very professional and explained what was needed to be repaired and answered all my questions. I would recommend getting phones and more repaired here. Repair was completed quickly.

Was very impressed with the speed, professionalism, and overall experience. This was the first time I've ever broken my screen and it now looks brand new! Shomari was just recently hired and I would say he was a a great addition to the team. Hopefully I don't break it again but if I do I know where I would go back.

Replacement of battery for my Pixel 3 XL phone. Ordered battery and it was received in 5 days. Completed battery replacement in 1.5.hours. Happy with the good battery & replacement cost and the professionalism of the store staff. Would highly recommend.

I was experiencing issues with my iPhone and the store manager was able to tell immediately what was wrong and diagnosed it on the spot. I had to go in after work which I didn’t realize was an hour before they closed. Not only did they help me but they repair the screen before the screen closed. I highly recommend this store, it was a simple straightforward process and they were incredibly professional and fast!

Everyone I interacted with at this uBreakiFix was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me out while my phone was broken! They even helped me get an old device working. Would highly recommend them!

The process was very simple. The only issue I had was finding the address and the location. The only provider was quite far away, so I would like to see more stores. But the manager was there when I arrived and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Verizon told me that I would need my phone replaced, but he assured me that they could fix my screen with no issue and it was done well before the quoted time. I really appreciated their help!

They were awesome!!! My daughter got her charger stuck in the charging port and they got it out in like 2 minutes and it was free. They’re awesome.
