Ben and Ella are an incredible team! The process was seamless and pleasurable. I needed to have a document notarized at the last minute and they helped me promptly. They were both so kind and knowledgeable. I had many other requests that day and they took the time to help me with everything and ensure my documents arrived on time. I highly recommend this location. It’s the only one I will be using in Los Angeles.

I visit this location often and always enjoy the service. It is one of the cleanest UPS stores and everyone is so nice. When it comes to parking, like most businesses on Ventura blvd, there is also parking in the back of the building which is where I usually park and enter through. If you happen to get a parking ticket for parking in the loading zone in front but you were only parked for less than 10 minutes, you should be able to dispute the ticket especially if you have proof such as a receipt which may have a time stamp. If not, I’m pretty sure the store would be able to find and print a copy for you or help in another way. Unfortunately there’s not much businesses can do about eager parking enforcement. Hopefully this helps.

Where most ups stores are crowded, dirty and with uncivilized service--this family owned business is genuinely warm, friendly and very clean and organized. I've never encountered a line here either. It's also convenient with loading spaces out front and parking in back. I highly recommend them.

Every time I go somewhere else to ship I'm so mad I didn't just come here. The team is so professional and efficient. I've never had an issue with shipping from this location and I know when I come I'll be helped quickly and kindly.

I’ll keep it really brief & to the point. What I like about this place is their customer service. Everyone here, they will actually stop whatever they are doing if they see a customer, even the owner himself! Very nice staff there. Thank you for always being so helpful!

I just visited the store to do a simple return and came across roadblocks from Amazon. Thanks to the friendly and helpful staff who helped me step by step to resolve my issue, I was able to finally ship out my package. From now on this is my UPS Store of choice.

This location seems to be owned by a family, a very cordial one at that. They were very accommodating when it came to our Amazon returns.

Parking in the back is most likely not recommended given the layout of the place but we weren't given any issues when we knocked on the back door as they lead us through to the front with zero hassle. Not sure if this was a one-time deal, but the fact that they didn't give us a hard time about it was appreciated nonetheless.

Would do business here again!

I recently moved to the area and started dropping off my return packages to this location about month ago. There is always parking out front, usually never a line, service is quick and the staff are always friendly.

I went yesterday to drop off some more returns and get a quote for a holiday gift I wanted to send to Atlanta. The lovely lady behind the desk was beyond helpful with trying to get me the best price while making sure it will arrive by Christmas. You can tell she really cares and that the whole team are doing their best to provide great customer service during these crazy unpredicted times.

Beyond impressed with this UPS (and i've been to a lot) and will only be taking my packages here from now on.

So polite and helpful, Christopher was so quick to help me with my returns, explaining what I needed to pre package, etc. was so fast processing my returns. Parking is odd but they are so fast it does not matter, come here for your returns.

New UPS Store in Studio City, where one Dwell used to be, and let me tell you, THE BEST service I've received from any UPS store by far. Chris and Vince are super helpful and always pleasant. Even more so they are this way during one of the most unpleasant times of any of our lives. They make it super easy to do business with them and a delight to be around even if we have to social distance, wear gloves, and masks. They are the BEST, don't change!

Great store with great customer service, Carlos was very helpful and helped me get done what needed to be done with patients very attentive friendly recommend this place if you need to send out any packages will be coming back .

The store itself seems small so it was a bit hard to find packed in between the other shops. They have limited parking in the back if you don’t want to take the meter.
