Great experience at this location. They were very busy and I had to wait 5-10 minutes, but I only mention that to say that despite being busy my sales associate took her time to help me find the best shoe for me. She was very knowledgeable and re-did the gait analysis which helped a lot. She also let me exchange my previously purchased shoes without the box or the soles inside for the new shoes. Overall, they have a great exchange policy and this location has excellent service. Highly recommend

Really great customer service. The store was very busy when I walked in but it only took a few minutes before I was helped. After a shoe fitting and multiple pairs tried on, I landed on a pair of running shoes that’s I’m really happy with. The staff was super helpful throughout the whole process and not once did I feel rushed or like products were being pushed on me. Will definitely be back.

Don't leave a lot of reviews but they earned it. Great experience. Derek took his time and got me fitted properly. Extremely knowledgable. Turns out I have been wearing the wrong size shoes. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for tennis shoes, Roadrunner Sports is the place to go. They care about their customers. You can have any kind of back problem, leg problem, any issue, and they will make sure you get the right shoe for your situation. Please give Derek a raise for his help yesterday since I really appreciated it. I would like to thank him for his help. If you buy a pair of shoes from Roadrunner Sports, you'll be hooked.

Had a great experience with Mitch. He was very helpful and got me in and out in ample time for me to pick-up my kid in time. I also met a nice customer who had never been a VIP Member. She asked me about the membership and told me that she was there due to medical issues. I too am a member due to medical issues. I was able to give her my own testimonials about being a member. She originally went to the Santa Monica store and was overwhelmed as I was the first time. I walked her through all the perks and she was sold. I told Mitch about her and he said he would take care of her. Great experience and definitely will be back to the Studio City location again. Thank you Mitch!

I was looking for this sneaker for a while, it seemed to be out of stock everywhere. Called the RR San Diego customer service line to ask about it, they showed my local RR had my size in stock! I was able to call store to confirm and asked to put it on hold for me. I picked it ip next day and the fit was excellent. Great customer service!

Honestly this is the first time I shopped at Road Runners and my experience was great. Daryhon was very helpful on finding me a perfect pair for me and my girlfriend for our first marathon. He was very patient and good energy. Will for sure be going back to this store to buy my next pair of running shoes in future. Love my shoes!!! 🙌🏽

Drove 2 hours from Bakersfield on a Sunday to try out some slip-resistant Hoka shoes that I could not find anywhere in Bakersfield. The Hoka store online had this particular model on back-order and I would have not been getting them until a month and a half. However, I saw that these shoes were available and in stock in my size at Road Runner Sports.

As soon as I walked into Road Runner Sports, I was kindly welcomed by Claudia. She helped me step by step and was very attentive. I did not expect much of this store due to me just being focused on getting the shoes and going back home, but my visit and the customer service was well worth the time & drive.

Claudia at Studio City was absolutely fantastic - super patient, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile (pun intended) to make sure I was happy with the shoe I purchased! We tried on like 8 pairs! I had a great experience at Road Runner Sports. My feet had been hurting and Caesar helped me find a new brand that was better for my foot that what I had been wearing. He was very patient and took his time measuring my feet and watching me walk. I love my new shoes and custom made insoles so much, I'm going for a morning walk AND my usual evening walk. Went in to get 2 pairs of shoes. With Kayla's help, I walked out in 10 minutes with one pair in hand and another shipped to my house because they didn't have my size in the store. Kayla was great so was my shopping experience.

They have lots of styles and the best part is you can actually try their running shoes out on their treadmill before you buy so you know what it feels like. Not to mention the 90 day guarantee (bring them back if they’re not right for you). I only buy my running shoes from Road Runner now

One of the best shopping experiences for running shoes I’ve ever had. I wish I had discovered these guys earlier. I’ve had such a difficult time finding shoes that feel good when I run, and give my feet the support they need, which has become a big problem for me as I’ve gotten older. Getting your feet fitted is probably one of the smartest things a runner can do, especially if you’re 40+. I felt the sales team was there to support and make sure my needs are met more than sell me shoes. I highly recommend checking them out. You won’t find this kind of service online.

I always buy my walking shoes here… they have a great selection of all sorts of top brands. Yesterday Christian helped me and he couldn’t have been nicer, more efficient and knowledgeable about the product. I love my new Hokas and excited to use them today!

Always the best experience. Mitch is awesome and is so attentive and helpful. When he says “I got you” the visit is just that more personal. He takes the time to ensure I walk out of the store 100% satisfied and I am every time. That employee cares and is the reason I keep coming back to this store. The product is great. I love my Hoka’s but the customer service is exceptional!!

My husband and I went in yesterday to get our first pairs of athletic sneakers that didn't come from the sales bin at nordstrom rack. We're not runners, but we are switching from a yoga-only studio to a gym with a variety of workout classes and wanted a good pair of cross trainers. Daryhon helped both of us and was extra patient and kind with me, someone who is very new to fitness, has a recent ankle injury, and literally had to ask questions like "how do I know if I like this shoe better than that one." He walked me through the fit finder machine assessment and helped me pick out a great pair of shoes that fits well. We'll definitely be back.

I had a great experience at Road Runner. They did an extensive evaluation of my needs and identified a perfect pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 shoes. I couldn’t be happier!

Alex at the Studio City location on Ventura Blvd. was fantastic to work with. We did a fit and gait test, and he combined those results with my description of what I was looking for to narrow down my options to three shoes he recommended. I left with a Brooks Ghost 15 after many years of wearing Asics Gels of one kind or another, and so far, I'm really happy with them. I joined their VIP program (first year is free) which will allow me to exchange the shoes for up to three months if I decide they're not right for me.
