We had a great experience working with Michael, who was welcoming and highly knowledgeable. Appreciate quickly finding what my son needed to protect his phone.

Saw a Karen freakout video on YouTube that had taken place in this store. The dude who faked the heart attack. Props to the employees for keeping their cool and telling the guy it's an apple problem and not theirs.

I went to the store to update my device. I grab an iphone 14 pro max and the new AirPods. Attention was very nice.

I’m not the kind of person that writes reviews but I’ll be honest I got the best help in this store I went to like 2 stores and nobody was able to help me until I went here and If you want to resolve your problems ask for ANGIE she is the best 100 of 10 for she!!!!!!

Shawn the AT&T rep was absolutely wonderful.he helped me immediately get a new phone. He. set it up.what a pleasure. We also saved $100 a month changing from Verizon to AT&T.

Mike was amazing. He was extremely welcoming and helpful. This was the best experience I've ever had getting a new phone. I had my newborn with me and Mike activated my new phone, copied over the data and I was out in less than 15 min! Thank you!!

Store manager Ever and store associate Tiffany were very helpful with my upgrades. Both of them took the time to explain the upgrade process and the fees included. Answered all of my questions regarding my concerns. They went above and beyond to help me with this process. I am super happy. Walked out a very happy customer. Definitely recommend customers to come on in and speak to them. Super helpful and friendly.

Had a great experience on Monday at the Studio City location with Jason. I had ordered a phone on line and experienced issues. When I went into the store, Jason resolved all my issues, got me into an additional phone at a big discount and saved me money on my plan. Going into the store really helped me and I noticed that special, safe precautions were definitely being observed by everyone. I am so happy to get past these pesky problems and on to enjoying a great new phone! Thanks Jason!

Came in today to get a new phone and Ruby was the biggest help with everything. I ended up getting a really great bundle deal thanks to Ever. Both of them fully catered to all my needs and I ended up saving more money then expected and I’m very happy with everything. Kinda happy the Sherman Oaks store closed or I wouldn’t have met these two who were more awesome then my last experience.

Ever and Victor at Studio City were absolutely wonderful in assisting with me getting set up with FirstNet. They helped troubleshoot for nearly an hour and were SO patient with me! I would recommend anybody to come here. They thanked me a million times for being a first responder and for being so patient. They don’t realize how essential THEY are to me! It made switching accounts SO easy and so worth it. Thank you Ever and Victor! You’re absolutely outstanding!

Great experience at the store yesterday. Stefan was incredibly helpful and attentive and all other staffers were helpful and friendly as well plus they were great about making everyone adhere to safety protocols and wait outside until they were called. Highly recommend a visit if you need something sorted.

Great in store service. Associate Ruby and manager Ever walked me through every step and went way above and beyond for me. I got a great deal and I really felt like they were on my side when I encountered some online problems with my upgrade order. Got a new iPhone 11 and AT&T TV at a great price.
