Very helpful staff. Good items at the hot food bar and felt lucky to find some of my favorite chocolate there

Well stocked, smelled clean, staff was super pleasant and helpful except for 1 girl but I am going to assume she was new she still give the place 5 stars. She looked scared as confused. I only asked for the bakery department.

Good selection of vegetables, fruit, fish and meat. Lots of vegetable chips. Good selection of ready-made products, you don't find that everywhere else

Beautiful market. Has Just Walk Out Technology, no lines!! Fresh selection and so neatly organized.

This is definitely a High-Tech Whole Foods. It just opened yesterday 3/17/22. This Whole Foods is a "Skip The Register" and "Just Walk Out Shopping"
Meaning, when you enter you have to scan with your phone through your Amazon One credit card linked to your amazon account, or your in store code on the Whole Foods Market/Amazon App, or debit card linked to your Amazon account. You can bring your own bag or grab a bag as you enter. However, the cameras and sensors register what you take and put back......When leaving you scan again and your receipt will be emailed to you!! And that is it!! This store is like an OCD Whole Foods. Everything is perfectly put together very neatly stacked. There is only 2 of these Whole Foods in the United States. This one in Sherman Oaks and another in Washington D.C. :) Happy Shopping!!! Hope this helped... :)

They removed all the electronic auto-self-shopping -service. Back to all times.
Also now they have auto-service scan return Amazon prime-service.

My coworker and I came here for lunch. She went for the hot food section, and I went for the salad bar! We both got more than we needed and thoroughly enjoyed every bite! We love Whole Foods. They are pricey, but worth it!

Very clean and organized, with plenty of help from staff. The checkout area seemed a bit cramped, however, but with that said, the wait time was reasonable. Veggies and fruit seem very reasonably priced. I come in braced for high prices on everything but have found many well-priced items. They carry some rare Belgian beers, which is very cool. They have some great bread and a machine to slice the loaves self-serve. Lots of prepared foods to choose from. This store is a great high end offering in a very tough marketplace.

This Whole Foods has friendly people and plenty of parking. We stopped here on a drive to Anaheim and found many open parking spaces. As we entered we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. We found good snacks for the trip and the checker wished us a great day. We are glad we stopped here and will likely stop again on future trips.

From the time I stepped into the store… someone helped me find what I needed… then someone called me to a checkout stand… then helped me get things bagged and ready to go! Excellent service!

Love the hot food bar. The baked goods are also excellent. The amazon app is a must to try at this place. Parking is tight but we managed.

The overall shopping experience is wonderful and feels like a step into the future of in person shopping. Items we purchased all showed up correctly within an hour of leaving the store. I have to mention the staff as well. On multiple occasions I have been assisted by friendly, helpful people who are a delight to interact with. Some real professionals and genuine humans in the deli and cheese department, as well as the rest of the store!

Although this certainly is not the largest whole foods I have been to, or even in the area for that matter, it certainly is a pleasant shopping experience that I will return to. The convenience of skipping the checkout line is legitimately something that makes me choose this location over other stores.

I enjoy the checkout-free system. Use your Amazon account for electronic check-in and checkout.
The bakery area in the mornings is well stocked with beautifully display of bread and pastries cooked to prefection. I have not seen an over-baked bread or pastry that is overcooked or burnt in the morning while the bakery lady Alicia is working that day.

Hot bar seems to be going the way of lazy as some days all I see is an assortment of cooked potatoes and maybe a protein.

Love it ! Way of the future to be sure, Whole Foods has done it right...

I had a return I had to do within an hour of purchase and the manager was super about it even thought it had not registered on my phone yet as it was a non-register purchase.

I think it has great selection, I dont need everything that Smart and Final has to be in this store. I dont need every label either.

Great team there - hope it lasts.
