AT&T Store

Very satisfied with the personal and service they gave me and my family as tourists. They gave us the best option for using a simcard in California when we only had SIM cards from Sweden. He programmed an E-Sim instead and I could switch between the cards on my iPhone. Good price too. He didn’t even try to sell anything expensive instead he gave us the price that was enough for the period we were going to stay in the US.

Of all the AT&T stores that I have gone to the people here were the nicest! I usually just show up to pay my bill at the automated kiosk and, ask for help if I have any problems. They have done a very good job with their displays and selection of new products. Even the security was nice and helpful! They are located on the corner of the Great City of West Hollywood and beverly hills. The City of West Hollywood sign is clearly on the corner of the block so this store deserves to be considered part of West Hollywood! There is also free parking available on location. I liked their attitude of customer service being very important because if a customer is coming in, they probably have a problem that needs resolving and they need to be ready to handle it. WOW!

Brianna was an exceptional example of customer service. Patience is key in this business and she displayed that really well. There was an issue with my trade in procedure and she was able to make me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Really recommend coming to this location. The team is awesome!!!

I had an exceptional experience with Aleksey G's customer service! Despite the complexity of my 5-line plan, he navigated it with ease, making sure I understood every detail. His patience and expertise were truly impressive. I believe any negative reviews about this place are unfounded. Aleksey's assistance deserves a solid 5 stars!

My wife upgraded her phone, Charles was absolutely fantastic in every possible way, and the experience was amazing, which is never what you expect to hear about an ATT store.

I’ve never had a pleasant experience at a phone store until today. Steph helped me and he saved me over $120 on my phone bill. I am so grateful! And when I didn’t transfer my stuff over to my new phone correctly, I went back in the same day and he sat with me and helped me recover it all. Awesome experience. Everyone was super friendly and personable. Highly recommend!

Brianna and Stephon are absolutely amazing!!!! They genuinely wanted to help me and spent so much time with me answering every single question and concern. But the best part was that they were not doing it because it was their job--they really wanted to help. They were also very knowledgeable. I have never had such good customer service at AT&T or any other cell phone carrier. Thank you for all the time you spent with me and my mom at the store. I am very happy with the purchases I made.

Impeccable in every way. Brianna is a superstar. Knowledgeable, calm, caring, and knows her products as well as what could fit our needs as customers from overseas. Joel the manager is great as well.

Jeff/Jeffery was awesome. So patient and friendly while helping out my mom (who was cranky) but he was super chill and great at explaining as he walked us through upgrading our phones. I trusted his recommendations for accessories too!! Super easy and helpful to get new iPhones :)

Just visited the Beverly store to purchase a new I phone since my phone died on me. Aleksey was the person helping me and I was so pleased with his customer service and support. He was patient , kind , knowledgeable and explained all the options and answered my questions. I would highly recommend visiting this branch and asking for his Help and advice. He even helped me to trade in my old phone and get a good rebate on it. I would highly recommend him for any phone issues you may have.

Jeffrey was so helpful, kind, and personable. He provided all the options without overselling me, while also saving me some money. Really enjoyed him and he make the process of getting a new phone painless!

Went in for an upgrade and the tech Julio provided outstanding service! He covered all my options and got me the best deal. He even assisted me with an insurance claim so i can get the max turn i value for my phone. Exceptionally professional!

I came to this AT&T store after purchasing a new phone at the Apple store, because mine was stolen. I was very frazzled and upset, Rudy helped me to log into my account, recover all of my information, and set me up to have a functioning phone that I could use before leaving the store. His attitude was wonderful, he was able to overcome many hurdles, and did that with extreme courtesy and very friendly demeanor. I highly recommend the store and I’m very grateful to Rudy..

Jacob is absolutely amazing!!! We were a little complicated but he handled everything super quick and was so helpful even when coming in to drop off our trade in phones. Definitely recommend coming to this location for anything you need phone and service wise!! Thanks again!!

This letter is to acknowledge Brianna as she went above and beyond in your AT@T store to work with me on my cell phone issues.
In today’s world where one does not often receive top customer service, I must relay that Brianna was someone who needs to be acknowledged for her DETERMINATION, perseverance, patience, and ability to troubleshoot a cell phone problem that no one else could; in fact, others in the store gave up in trying to resolve the problem but Brianna patiently worked with me over many hours ultimately finding the “magic” solution.
Brianna also presented as a caring, knowledgeable, and understanding representative for the organization. She is someone to be commended as a strong and positive “face” for the organization. She is the reason why people choose and stay with your services.
I hope that Brianna can be made aware that she is a top performer since she is a good example of an employee that needs to be acknowledged.

Great service from Charles when I picked up my iPhone 15 and Charles set up my phone.

I walked in hoping this AT&T store may have an iPhone 14 in stock, and Brianna saved the day. Not only was she able to find the phone I wanted from a shipment that had just arrived, she set it all up for me and transferred me over to a monthly plan that saved me money. She even helped me pick out a protective case and installed a screen protector for me. A great experience. Thanks Brianna.

I have never had such great customer service until I met Steph! He was very helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable about knowing exactly what I needed! He is absolutely a wonderful person to talk to which made me very comfortable with my
experience at AT&T!! I would highly recommend going to see Steph when visiting this store because he will help you get exactly what you need!
