Great service, the pharmacist helped me save about $290 on prescriptions (3 medications, 90 days supply).

I was visiting from out of state with a hand written antibiotic prescription for my daughter’s ear infection. Walgreen’s couldn’t fill the prescription but the friendly and thorough pharmacist at Kinney helped fill the prescription quickly. My daughter was able to start the antibiotic that night and made a speedy recovery. I am very thankful for the A+ customer service!

Customer service was incredible. Environment was very friendly and welcoming. Had difficulty finding a place to book a PCR (that wasn’t crazy expensive) to cross the border. Everyone (pharmacy and general staff) were super helpful in providing me information. When I came for my test, the FedEx man had already left. Loretta had ensured us that she would call the man back so that he would get our PCR tests to make sure they would pass the 72 hour window. I’m so thankful for Loretta, and additionally Kimberly for their customer service.

Great staff! Super friendly! Entire experience was very good. I forgot my medicine at home in Syracuse and I called my own pharmacy and they weren't able to help. I walked into the Kinney's in Lake Placid and they were amazing and able to provide me with enough medication until I got home. Thank you to ther entire staff working on December 27th! You are awesome!

Nicest people ever, friendly and helpful. I was vacationing in Lake Placid and developed an ear infection. I had my dr. Call a prescription into them. They were super quick and efficient even though it was the second day after Christmas, on a Sunday close to closing time.

The lady pharmacist who works here was kind and helpful. When my prescription was not covered by insurance, she double checked to make sure that was the case, before I paid. True integrity. Pharmacy has a small community feel that I love.

Great service! We live in Atlanta and were on vacation in Lake Placid and had to get our medicine here. The pharmacy was very professional and helped us out with no problems (we expected several)!

Shout out to the great pharmacy staff. They took care of my husband and I and made our boosters a pleasant experience. And we caught up on some shopping.

Kinneys. You can almost never go wrong with them. If they don't have it, from CoViD and flu shots to the pharmacy to the store itself, you either don't need it or ought to try the hardware store across the street.
It gets busy at times, so be patient.

Overall the staff is very friendly. However, there is one brunette in the pharmacy who is always extremely rude. Always has an attitude too when you need to ask for something or about something.

Got new gluouse meter called about battery today sent new meter back to pharmacy after changing battery twice he comes back and damn thing still says error 2 on it so still can't use the damn thing ....

Caused me to get so sick. Multiple times I have received prescriptions that I am allergic too even though I supplied a list of my allergies myself, had my previous pharmacy send my know allergies list and my doctor do the same to the pharmacy. I should also mention the doctor realized her mistake and canceled the med I was not supposed to take, replacing it with a safe alternative. They gave me both. They often can’t find prescriptions sent in by the doctors office and tell me none was received. I get a notice when the script is sent too. They don’t know how to work their own computers. Why isn’t there an option for negative stars.

I don't understand how you can afford to go through help that fast in a small town. Do you think word doesn't spread? Think about how your reputation is
reflected back into the community, if you aren't at least concerned with people on an individual level, regarding employment
