Marshalls

There are very few places to shop in Lake Placid for the diverse things Marshall's sells, so it's always fun to see what's new since the last time I was here. When I'm asked at the register if I found everything I was looking for, my standard reply seems to be, "yes, and also things I wasn't."

For those that don't know, Marshall's is one of the best discount/ prices slashed on name brand items. I am never disappointed, whether it be luggage or clothes or grooming items.

This store was clean, fully stocked and the associates were busy working, but each took the time to offer help and answer questions. Four of us were visiting from out of town and were very impressed with the customer service, and the abundance of inventory. I met the store manager, David, and he went out of his way to help me while multitasking and supervising his employees.

One of my favorite stores for most anything needed. So glad we have it in Lake Placid!

Needed some pillows, and Marshall's had them. We shopped for more items as well. It's a really nice store and the entire store is very organized with tremendous amounts of items. Enjoy.

From where I come from, this place is a god-sent. Prices for brands such as CK, MK and the likes were really affordable. There was a great selection of beauty products, babywear, winter wear, etc. they even carry plus sizes and this is a great plus!

Absolutely love this place its amazing an continues to change and evolve.

For a small store it packs a powerful punch. Whoever their buyer is, is doing an fantastic job. The staff is all friendly and helpful. TJ Maxx has better clearance prices but I'm just thankful to shop local now. My only pet peeve is being asked to apply for the credit card EVERY time I check out. They are only doing their job and doing it well but it really begins to grate on the nerves. The company should really consider scaling back to every other customer or better yet do 3 months on 3 months off. Give your consumers a break. They know what card they want to use!

Love this store! Always something new and different there! If you see something you like, buy it then, otherwise it will be gone by the next time you get a chance to go back.

Not as big of a selection as when I was younger. But still awesome prices for the location it's in. Another store I stop to a lot while in placid.

This is the CLEANEST Marshalls I've been in. Friendly staff and good selection that does include clothing and home decorum.

Love the selection needs to be a little bit more separated but other than that it’s a great store I’m used to TJ Maxx so it’s a nice little change but not in price

Great store. Always find awesome stuff there. They even had a vegan purse that was cheap and very stylish. How cool is that?

Always a love /hate relationship here. I love this story and I hate that I can't buy everything! 🙃
