Always friendly and professional. Very busy store and they always acknowledge people in line and reassure they know we are waiting.
I have a small business so am in this store quite a bit and I appreciate that they do their best to be efficient and not make me wait unnecessarily.

I have been a customer at this store for 4 years. Never once was I disappointed in the service I received. I was always greeted cordially and respectfully. The staff always smile and make you feel like part of the family. The service is beyond exceptionally. I have to say that the the managers and staff are trained with an attention to detail that is rarely found in the corporate world. It is always a pleasure to go to this establishment. Thank you all for your deduction to providing amazing service. I am truly honored to do business with you all.

My favorite UPS Store! Sara and her staff make me feel at home and are always willing to make sure that I know the best options for shipping. They have packed and shipped a stained glass lamp shade (and other fragile items) that made it to their destination on the west coast in perfect condition. Great service and value!

Each time I have gone into our local UPS Store I have been served very well! I don't think I've ever heard "no, we can't do that". It's always a "yes". Great store!!!

Fast and friendly service - got all my shipping needs taken care of in a jiffy! Tons of great, free parking immediately in front of the door. Didn’t have to wait long even on a Saturday afternoon of Labor Day weekend in a resort town. The person who helped me was very pleasant. Thank you!

Jeff was a life saver! I had accidentally left several needed items behind when I checked out of a hotel in Long Lake and didn't realized until I arrived home ten hours later. The hotel was unable to help, and there is no shipping business anywhere in Long Lake. I googled and found the closest UPS store, called and spoke with the very personable Jeff, who immediately said he could take of this for me. Jeff himself drove the hour to the hotel, picked up my items, drove the hour back and shipped them to me well within the time frame I needed them returned. And for a very reasonable transportation cost. CUDOS to Jeff at the UPS Store! If I lived nearby, they would have ALL my shipping and printing business! Thank you again, Jeff!!

I went here to ship a used laptop to a friend. I didn't have any of the original packing, but they packed it properly, set everything up for me, and it arrived in great shape. Such a load off my mind!

I went to the LP UPS Store to get assistance with a print job and the staff there are absolutely fantastic. I tried to set it up online and had trouble, but the staff took care of everything when I stopped by the Store.
