El Super #9

It’s a big El Super ;) This is the Sam’s Club of IE. This one is the bigger El Super that has more variety and a bakery, butcher shop, fish and you name it. The only thing it does not have is a restaurant. Somewhat overpriced but it’s California can’t expect any different. The deli department is huge too and they sell you everywhere behind the counter.

Parking was super easy, products are neatly placed. Staff is always very friendly and helpful at the bakery and meat counter. Things are easy to find and locate. I love coming here to shop, because service here is far better than asian supermarket.

One of the very best Latin American- focused chains in all of Southern CA. Especially, I've found that, overall, their produce department is pretty consistent in terms of quality, price and selection.

Best pumpkin masa I ever had. My pumpkin tamales came out sooo delicious and moist, fluffy.

I have 4 other supermarkets and about 3 small meat markets closer to home but I would rather make that little extra drive come here. Excellent fruit and veggies. Overall good quality and good service.

I like this Jelly roll (niño envuelto) strawberry... the most delicious and softest that I tried in LA...!!!

It was a full parking lot and for once, every register was open and lines were short.

Very kind staff, 100% Customer satisfaction. A special thanks to Tica S a very kind hearted and hard working cashier. From the quality to the service and helpfulness found from the staff. I'll definitely be going back this week.

I have been at this grocery store several times, when I used to live in Claremont area. It is a nice grocery store, which had most of the items, that I had needed in daily life to survive. The place, from what I remember, was clean and spacious. The lines, usually, were not long. Furthermore, most of the items were fairly priced. So, definitely, if anyone lives in the area, I would recommend to shop at this store.

Best bollillo in Los Angeles

The staff and store security guard are very well organized when it comes to social distance and proper mask covering for themselves and the shoppers. The problem is the lack of common sense the customers should use...keep your damn mask on like the way it is intended to be use.

Pros: really good quality vegetables, cheap beer and large variety of meat and cheese.
Cons: long wait time in check-out, extremely busy and awkward parking lot and the fish odor is quite pungent.

I always shop this store i never had a reason why to write a review.But today was the exception,The cashier was great she provided great customer service friendly from the start til the end of our transaction.She acknowledged each customer in the matter needed Spanish or english and that is awesome .Not all cashiers do that.Thank you Carmen G.for taking the time to try and speak spanish to help those people that dont understand that language.You are a great example of Great customer service.Thank you again & Keep up the great customer service.

Good store cheap prices but they just need more cashiers. Cheaper than other Mexican stores with the meat section

The store is really organized, and I find everything I need when I go. One of the workers named Yesenia is very kind and helpful each time I go ! She is always helping everyone
