The UPS Store

I came to this location with double digit Amazon returns. It was quite busy, but the employees remained calm and professional. One lady in particular communicated with customers as they entered the store. I did have one return that would not fit in a bag and was charged for not packaging it myself. If I'd known then I could have packaged it, but I'd already waited in line and didn't want to be a pain. Otherwise, this was a great experience. Thanks to all the employees at this location. You all are doing a fine job and it's appreciated.

Highly recommend this location. Their customer service is second to none. I am constantly impressed with how Karina and Brandon are able to swiftly manage rush hour spikes with ease. I take care of all of my shipping needs here and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Wanted to share a quick note to share my gratitude, and how impressed I was today when dropping off a few PPD packages.

Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and we had a good few laughs throughout the process.

This UPS is probably the most efficient I’ve been to. I called to make sure Notary service is done and customer service representative was polite. I got my notary done within 5minutes and also used the opportunity to make my Amazon returns. Keep up the good job guys

I have been to this store a few times, and they are always busy. But they take the time to help customers. I came in with an Amazon return of broken furniture. The jigsaw pieces didn't fit in the original box. They helped me fit the pieces back into the original box, taped it up, and accepted the Amazon return. I was frustrated with the situation. They didn't cause the problem but they helped to fix it. That's saying a lot.

normally, it's not my favorite store, but the way one of the ladies , her name is Lacey, she helped me a lot with paperwork, she guided me where to sign and what to do, she really deserve a raised, because it's so hard to find helpful people these days, thanks a lot,

I cannot say enough how amazingly helpful and professional the attendant, Disha was. So sweet and engaged with everyone, and on top of everything. She was very genuine and afficiant. Halfway through our interaction, I decided that this was going to be the UPS store I frequent when I need anything shipping. She personally brought my business to your company from the USPS with just a 5-minute interaction. Karina was working as well, and from the interactions I have had with her, she is also phenomenal! Give these wonderful ladies a raise!

Smokey point store wouldn't take my amazon return (they said it had to be in another box which they tried to sell me). I stopped at this store on my way home and was in and out in a couple of minutes with absolutely no fuss. I have never had any problems at this store and will continue to use it.

I have been coming to this place for years to ship my packages and use their notary services . The customer service always have been excellent at this location . Sometimes they can get little busy, but it’s worth waiting as they do take care of you with respects and honor. Special thanks to their employee Karina , she has been great to deal with.

Listen, i have been needing to return a package for awhile now ( super busy and just don’t have time to get it done)
Today i was going to Safeway and noticed the Ups store next door and i had my package in the car with me- so i go to get it returned but of course i don’t have the label printed and it said clear as day “ print your label” i was like of course and was joking around with him like I’m never going to return it and he kindly offered to print it for me and get it handled asap so i don’t have to wait any longer…. I mean come on!!!!!! He did not have to do that but that was so nice and appreciated. He was all around a fantastic employee and i would totally have him running one of my businesses.

My wife needed fingerprinting as one of her requirements and as soon as we inquired the owner herself came out to help and assist us! The owner Disha saw the forms that we brought and she immediately knew what was needed to be done, we felt taken care of and Disha's service was second to none! Thank you Disha for your courteous and amazing service today, much appreciated!

Love these girls! They've taken great care of me since day one. They greet me by name everytime I come in and already know I get my packages after hours most of the time or grab them for me as soon as I come in. This is my first time having a PO box and it's been a wonderful experience. The location isn't super convenient for me anymore but the customer service makes it worth it. I'm never switching UPS Stores!

The UPS Store is conveniently located off of Mukilteo Speedway, within a strip mall with lots of parking, yet they even go the extra mile for their customers by probably providing, 10 Min Reserved Parking for UPS Customers. The 10 minute parking is suffice, for the service they offer, is extremely quick, as well as efficient.

The staff is very knowledgeable in regards to the services offered by UPS. The staff here at UPS, had hands down the best customer service that I've ever received in this line of business. The woman who helped me, not only picked out the correct envelope for my package, she also helps me get the best value on my shipping, and the fastest shipping method as well. The employee, even went as far, as placing my my item inside the package, sealing it very nicely, and then securing my shipping label by taping on the label herself, instead of me having to do the labor. I'm just extremely satisfied and impressed with their customer service; in all honesty, this encounter made my day.

I would highly recommend anyone to come visit the UPS Store the next time you need to deliver a parcel in the mail. there a full service office where you can do everything from, purchase stamps, buy office supplies, purchase padded envelopes or boxes for shipping, weigh your items to be delivered, get prices on shipping, access to computer and printers shipping labels and other documents of your choice, getting your package shipped, and many other services.

I came here to print my wedding invitations and everyone was so helpful! I was helped by Hannah, Jessica, and Sam who all went above and beyond to figure everything out and make things perfect. They were so sweet and helped me have the best service I've ever seen at a UPS store. If you're in the Mukilteo area, it's definitely worth the drive and the time to come to this location

The staff here are fantastic. They are kind and eager to help. I ship things fairly often so I've visited quite a few shipping stores. This is by far the best one in terms of customer service. I even accidentally brought in a FedEx package once and they still took it and called them to come pick it up! Don't go anywhere else for your shipping needs!

I have never gave a place a five star rating but today they made it happened. Presents sent to my son that they considered a rural area six hours away was delivered the next day. Only paid for the standard shipping!

Fast, friendly, great for notarizing and shipping documents

I love this store! Every time I go in they bend over backwards to accommodate me with a smile. Most recently they were able to dig back in my records and re-print my proof of shipment that I had misplaced from months before. I so appreciate having this professional and hardworking crew available in our community.
