I came in needing immediate assistance on an issue with my battery and was in and out within 1 hour. I use my personal phone as my work phone, so it was extremely important for me to get issue resolved right away. Xander and the team were efficient, answered all of my questions and sent me on my way feeling satisfied and far less stressed. Thank you so much!!

I came in to the store on Sunday 11th, my son, mother and myself , we all needed a new phones. I have never been impressed with AT&T customer service until Sunday. I was ready to take my business somewhere else. Rashid was so awesome and helpful and funny! He changed my whole outlook on AT&T. We all got new phones and we are happy

Great store! It wasn’t super busy and Rishib was fantastic to work with! This is our new go-to shopping spot for ATT. Least frustrating phone upgrade ever!

Where to start, so I came in with problems on my cellular phone, I have the Samsung s 23 ultra and let me tell you Ryan Barber is the man to go to for issues. He fixed everyproblem I had by a swipe. Couldn't believe how great he was with the phone. The Micheal Angelo of cellular phone problems. The best experience I have had ever and he was a very nice gentlemen. Any problems, issues, and worried you have go to Ryan Barber. I will be visiting every time I have problems I hope others follow. Again thank you so much Ryan Barber you outstanding citizen of the U.S A!!!!!🤜🤜💪💪💯💯

This is one of the best ATT stores I have ever been to. Ryan and Rishib are super friendly and helpful. They are also super knowledge of the services and deals that I was in and out in like 5 minutes. Plus the store is clean and not very crowded so it was a great experience. I also learned they do trade in for iPhones which Apple Store don’t offer. Definitely recommend this store if you need to get anything done right and fast.

So happy that this store is here as it save me time and so convenient. I purchased mine and Sister’s phone there. Have brought my phone there twice to fix problems. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Staff couldn’t be happier.

I feel terrible that I cannot recall the young man's name. I know it starts with an R. I did a ss, but who knows where it went😂.

But I digress. I had been trying to transfer info from old to new phone. Finally figured it out. But the new phone wasn't showing in our AT&T account

So I reluctantly went into the store and was greeted warmly and offered assistance. He explained that if you purchase a phone on line, this often happens🤨. Seems like a ridiculous issue, if you ask me. I mean why? Why make this harder than it should be? So he said he could try to do it at that moment. If it didn't work, I'd have to call in today. He did some things, and voila it worked. I was very grateful and told him I would write a review. Which was timely, cause apparently his boss told him to try to get one!🤣 ( He never asked, BTW, I had every intention of doing a review)

Before I walked out, we chatted a little and ended up talking about the work I used to and that his friend does similar work. It was at that moment that I got a glimpse of this young man that you don't usually get when your out dealing with customer service issues.

He demonstrated kindness and compassion. He spoke of the untold stories of people experiencing very difficult times, specifically folks unhomed people with mental illness and addiction. I spent 30 years working with folks like this, and to hear him speak with such empathy and grace warmed my spirit. You my dear young man, made my day and reminded me, that even though we live in chaos, with hate and bitterness every day, that there still good people out there. You are definitely one of them.

(And thanks for fixing my damn phone😆)
