I’ve been coming here for about 5 years. It’s one of those hidden jewel bodegas. Family owned, hard working people who care about the community they serve. The fried chicken wings & potatoes are always hot and fresh, the customer service is top notch, and they treat everyone like they’re regulars. If you’re looking for a local convenient store with good chicken, check them out it’s a one stop shop for miscellaneous items.

Words cannot express how much I've grown to love you and your mom, G. I will truly miss you. Ever since Jay, introduced me to you guys, years ago, I knew that whenever I moved away, I would always come back and see you and get some of those delicious wings. I will truly miss you, all the junk talking, you giving me advice. I appreciate it all. Y'all had me in tears Saturday. I love you guys. Maybe I'll want to make a trip over that way. The best convenience store in Norfolk! This place is a gem. The vibe is amazing and the wings?? Y'all, they are bomb! Tried a flat that tasted like a hot wing. This will forever be the spot. Mrs. Georgia is a sweetheart so make sure y'all connect with her too!

I have been going to this store since 1998 and the chicken and wedges are top tier. The ladies that run this establishment are the sweetest people you will ever meet and the store has a bodega feel without the cat next to the bread loaf lol ( up northerners know what I mean). This place and the people are like family.

I loveeeeeee this store and the ladies that worked and ran this establishment. I’ve lived out Norview many many years until 2021 when it was time for me to blossom elsewhere and even still when I’d come visit, I’d stop by just to give and receive love and good spirits from these 2 ladies! I’m really going to miss this store and the people inside. They were definitely family. Sending lots of love, well wishes and prosperity to you gals!!

This was my first time visiting & it was a pleasant experience. G and Mama were very kind & helpful. I did get some fried chicken & can not wait to try it. Another customer shared with me that he has been eating the chicken for the last 32 years....so you know it must be good.

Very nice. The fried chicken was out standing. The wings were nice and big and the spicy drum stick were nice and thick. Very delicious. Come by and get some for lunch.

One of my co-workers knows I love chicken wings and he suggested that these were the best in Norfolk. The first time I went, I debated and the lady gave me one to try... and when i tell you I'd never had anything like it, whewww... I immediately ordered the 6 pc and TORE dem thangs up! Definitely an organic style of "buffalo" wings and unique flavor! Definitely some of the best I've ever had :))

This place was special to me. Mrs. G and her mom were awesome to me! There was a day where I just really needed a soda but I only had a charge card. Mrs. G told me to take the soda and come back another day to pay it back. The fact she trusted me to do that made my day. When I got the chance I stopped in and did just that.

come on down I just tried one of their spicy wings and they are spot on. I mean spicy down to the bone. Love it!!! No messy dripping sauce and not a dry rub either. I love hot wings and these are some that I can drive and eat and don’t need no hot sauce and I’m a hot sauce queen.

I have been knowing Hassan, And his family for over 32 years ever since they came to Virginia I even had the privilege of working at the store with them. They are such an and his family. they have always loved my family and intern my family love them me my mother, Lillian, my brother, Hodges, a.k.a. they call Upsher my son, Shawn my nephew, Tommy, my daughters, Shakida, Monica, Karvetta, Karleena, and also my husband, Karl, which they call Tyson. We’re going to miss you guys so much. we’re always gonna keep you guys in our hearts and prayers. Hate to see that your clothes in the store but we do know the memories we share I’m going to last a lifetime. I love you guys so much Valerie.

Since I moved out of Norview, I haven’t came as much, but for the last 29 years I have frequent the store. Three wings and six logs was an every day staple after school. I cannot begin to express the amount of love I have for the family of this store. They watched me grow up along with my siblings. Whenever I visit they always ask where everyone is at. I have laughed with them. I have cried with them. honestly, the store has not been the same since Hasaan passed away. He truly was the rock of the store. Ma, you and sis held the store down for as long as you could, I’m going to miss you guys so much. Norview will never be the same.

I was curious about this place, just up the street from me so I checked out the reviews here. Well worth the visit, food was hot and the ladies are very sweet. I'll definitely be back!

I have been going to K&T my whole life since i was in elementary school. And Ms. G has always been supportive, cool and easy to talk to. She has been her for me to ask me stories about my life and how i’m doing in school and with my sports. I truely am supportive and love the way she cares about me. THANK YOU MS.G!!!

I have been going here for years and I was so sad to hear they were leaving they were like my family Ma, my sister G and my brother Hassoon God rest his soul this place will not be the same without them the new owners have very big shoes to fill...They will truly be missed

Never have I ever craved spicy chicken wings in my life and I always come here when I want it. Everytime I get it I take a picture and send it my wife. She says she’s hates me lol. The military loves you mama thank you.

I love them so much, the ladies have watched me grow since I was a baby. They have never disappointed me or anyone else I’ve recommended here. They are loving and generous with the greatest tasting chicken and potato logs I’ve ever had in the 757. I recommend everyone to visit ! All my classmates from Centura College love their food much as I do. I’ve never seen a hardworking family like this one for many of years. 5-stars every visit !! I’m sad to see you ladies leave us, y’all have worked so hard and still brought smiles to our faces and our tummies. I wish many blessing for the future and a wonderful life after this. I went here on a whim before a sales call in need of some lunch and had the opportunity to meet G, 30 years in business from New York. The customer service was great and the fried chicken was delicious, she was busting her hump and had 12 orders go out in the 7 minutes I was there. I can’t recommend supporting a small business like this one enough. So much crazy in the world, these people deserve a try, hope to visit in the future.
