Food Lion

Only issue is, when your at self check out, they watch you like a hawk, it makes people feel uncomfortable. One associate kept walking back and forth watching me. Take self check out away if you need to do that. I'm a regular there, no need to steal.

This location has great looking produce. Though peaches aren't in season at the time I'm writing this, they have peaches bigger than softballs. The staff here is always kind and engaging, even at the end of the evening—which is refreshing when shopping after having a long day yourself.

Clean store Im always in and out. Store is never bared when i shop too. Nice meat selection

Food lion is considered my favorite grocery company ever I went here in 2016 best experience. ever.

This Food Lion has great produce. They offer a large selection of peppers, onions, citrus, fruit, berries and even fresh coconuts. Conventionally grown and Organic options. The staff at this store is friendly, knowledgeable and truly helpful. I am under 5 feet tall, so getting items from the top shelf normally requires assistance...but the employees offer to help me, even before I have to ask. There are four self check out registers. This store can be very busy in the late afternoon and evenings. I prefer this location over the one closest to my house, because their produce department has such a great selection. They do a good job at keeping their shelves stocked. The parking lot has lots of potholes... The owner of the shopping center should fix that. This Food Lion is worth visiting if you are making anything with fresh produce. I can not say enough good things about the employees working at this store or the management who are obviously promoting customer service to their staff. I truly appreciate employees who can help you find things in the store. Who know their inventory.

Absolutely love this Food Lion. The upgrades that were made are really nice. Prices are good. We enjoy the shop & save rewards!
Update 2022...still like the store. Self check out sucks if you have a large amount of groceries, but I'll roll with it.

Shelves were poorly stocked. However, many stockers were at work. Aisles were blocked and I saw one stocker toss a case of Cheez-its. I certainly don't want any of those crackers. Only one full service check-out lane was open and the line reached the back of the store. Four self-service check-out stations were in operation with one attendant. The slow equipment and customers' unfamiliarity caused a line to build there as well. Food Lion is better than this and hopefully it will be better next time.

2-13-22 Our visit was much better. Stockers were working, shelves were much better. 5 full service lines were open and moving smoothly. We had a large purchase ($300) and we're quickly and politely checked out. I'm sorry I didn't get the clerk's name.

This Food Lion is always a great grocery store. Great selection and nice staff. I always prefer this Food Lion and a few other ones versus the others I have been to. It’s also really close to home. Parking is great here and it’s not too crowded most of the time.

This Food Lion is well stocked but go before dark. There are several homeless folks in the area. They don't want food because I have offered. They will yell at you if you come past them without giving money.

People stop sleeping on Food Lion thy really have some good deals. They store is less crowded and the cashiers are so pleasant. I hate chaos and that is what l have been running into at Walmart lately and the rudeness of the people and the employees has gotten really bad. I try not to go there if I can help it. So if you are feeling this way too come on back to Food Lion you will be glad you did.

Don't usually shop this food lion. Slightly smaller than one near Target. But same specials. Same reduced meats at times. Full cold beer isle. Smaller produce section. On my way home from NBG.

It was crowded but the management had every register open. A lot better than other grocer's that only have a few registers open and rely on self serve registers that always have problems. Plus the cashier's are nice and even put the groceries in the cart for you. Great customer service!

Very nice & clean grocery store

Friendly efficient staff I found everything I was looking for very easily. Isles we're mostly farther apart than other local grocery stores making social distancing easier. Very Queen and well kept up as well
