They are posing as two shops but are not. Do not shop at this crooked store. While looking for luggage the owner and a salesman are trying to up sale me. When I said I will think about it and was going to leave he starts dropping the price. Almost half. You think I am joking right? WRONG! He started with the gouge price. Then started dropping to normal. In other words he was going to rip me off. Go to Nordstrom or Bloomingdales. Better yet go to BAG'N BAGGAGE on Wilshire Blvd. Great prices and they carry the same brands. At least If you have a problem there is someone to help, or your money back. With this jerk your stuck after the sale.

Very rude staff. I just went in to browse their products and was greeted by a very aggressive man. I felt like he wanted me to leave the store.

Ich wollte einen Koffer kaufen und obwohl ich bereits mehrere Rimowa Koffer besitze wurde mir nicht gestattet diese in Ruhe zu besichtigen und mir das Gefühl gegeben das ich den Laden verlassen soll. Der Service war unfassbar schlecht und unhöflich.
Ich bin danach zu Rimowa in Beverly Hills gegangen und kann diesen sehr empfehlen.

Richtig schlechter Service, unfreundliches Personal! Nie wieder gehe ich dort hin.
