Best herbs and spices ever! I have been ordering from Penzeys for over 20 years. Consistently excellent products and service. And great prices too!

Clearly some of you shop in a very different way. After reading the negative reviews here, they all seem to have to do with politics. My shopping experience was immaculate, and not once, visibly or verbally, was political views a part of it. Yes, there are “Vote” stickers, which we stumbled upon ourselves in a back corner. That’s called being patriotic. We only got amazing service, greeted genuinely and kindly when we walked in, helped, chatted with. Discounts, coupons, we signed up for their loyalty program, and still the propaganda some of you claim to have “shoved down your throats” never came. The store is covered, absolutely covered in messages promoting KINDNESS, LOVE, PEACE. If you find that to be political, I’m not sure we genuine lovers of food and spices want to shop with customers like you anyways 🤷🏼‍♀
And for those referencing the little messages on the back of the spices that are in size 5-6 font and have nothing to do with the spice in the jar itself: how bored can you be? If a spice introduces itself like a person or pretends it has its own opinion, in a tiiiiny little message that’s clearly aimed at a target audience, you’re really taking the time to read it, process it as a direct attack on you and your views, then directly blaming the retail workers like they’re the ones who wrote it just to piss you off? Its a jar that can’t think, full of spices that don’t care who’s president, wrapped in paper that doesn’t know current events.

I'd ordered online before, and was thrilled to find a shop near me. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. Everything smelled amazing, and I can't wait to try my new spices at home!

Hands down the best spice store, and more. Wonderful energy along with fascinating ingredients to spice up your meals. Fantastic customer service and little treats like stickers, magnets and patches keep us coming back to see what new item the store has in store for us. Highly recommend.

The traffic at this tiny mall was awful due to poor arrows and direction. It was bad enough that I would actually hesitate to shop here again Which is a shame and could be easily fixed by the mall owners.

Instructions for shopping on Penzeys....1. Step into store and stop 2. Enjoy the magnitude of aromas 3. Pick up basket to shop 4. Decide what direction you'll begin to sniff and smell all the spices 5. Shop - imagine what you could bake or cook with some of the not so common ingredients. 6. Ahhhh pull out phone & check Penzeys web site for recipes.
7. Finalize your purchases and announce you'll be back for more. 8. About to leave....take one more moment to inhale.

Penzeys Spices are amazing, they have everything you need and more. The quality of the spices and extracts are 5 star and their spice blends are excellent. The stores are fun to browse, I always walk out with something new.

If you like spices, this is the place. Such a variety of seasonings, whole peppercorns, saffron, pie seasoning. I love this place and highly recommend.

I love Penzeys so much! Their spices are amazing, and the customer service is great. Right now the store isn't open for in person shopping, but they're offering curbside pickup, and the process is really quick and easy. You can order via the website or over the phone, and call when you arrive and they put it just outside the door for you to grab.

The freshest and best herbs and spices, spice blends...cinnamon!!! And always a great deal! I ordered online and was able to pick up curb side at the store. Easy and hassle free. We love their Greek seasoning, curry, cinnamons and paprika. Our spice cabinet is filled with Penzeys!!

Penzeys is the best! It's a small business & they are super progressive, amazingly sweet & just a super awesome place to shop. They always have specials going on & have the best spices. People come in and you can tell they come in all the time because they know exactly what they need & get it right away. The employees are super friendly & knowledgeable. Everything is labeled well & tells you what to do with it. Plus there's jars out to sniff everything and believe me, this stuff smells way better than anything you can get at the grocery. They also have all sorts of spices or blends and stuff you don't find elsewhere like several types of each herb/spice/etc too

Penzeys is amazing in so many ways. Just a warm-hearted company with great values!! And the spices and spice blends are the best I have ever found. One more reason I am a big fan?? Over the holidays, I had a delay a shipment and was given a $50 gift certificate. Who does that?? Penzeys!

Penzeys is a must for our family. Their selection if spices and herbs is great. Helpful staff. The store is well laid out and spacious. Smells wonderful. Sign up for their emails because they are always sending out special offers.

I have nothing but good things to say about your company. I ordered a bunch of sample packs and have been experimenting on my wife and work family. Haven't hit a bad combo yet. I am moving to Atlanta next year and plan on some pre-move visits, and your store near there is one of my planned stops.

And as for the one star reviewers that are on here complaining about your political views, they need to stop acting like children. If you don't like their politics, don't shop there. But I'm guessing you will continue to patronize Hobby Lobby and Chick-fil-A...

But I digress...

Love Penzeys!!! They not only have great spices but have a lot of different ones and hard to find spices. The people that work in the store are always knowledgeable and helpful. If you haven't gone - go. It's a must stop!!

Great selection of high quality herbs and spices at super competitive prices. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I’m so happy that Penzeys has a location near me.
