Family Dollar

Family Dollar at 175 Freedom Way, Kimberly was great! I had an item to return. Kimberly administered the return with no problems.
Saturday May 14, 2022.
Family Dollar at 1419 Marine BLVD Rae said she didn't want to return it, because she don't want to get in trouble. And then proceeded to insinuate that I damaged the product. Then Rae stated she was going to call all the other Family Dollars in the area, to tell them not to let me return the item.
The item was a mattress cover. The defect was the zipper fell off while unzipping it before I putting it on the mattress. Never was on mattress.

I enjoy shopping at this particular store because of the customer service and products.
The staff always greets me when I walk in and that is comforting. It lets me know there is someone there to help me if I need it. The employees are always helpful, polite and happy. They seem to enjoy their job. The employees are always stocking things, so they are rarely out of anything. I appreciate the hard work the store manager and the employees put into their job.

Even though it's not a real 'dollar store's, they have a dollar option for many products.

My experience at store #1007 was amazing friendly service, the employees really care about their customers. 3 employees really stick out when i shop there.

I haven't been in a while but went today for a few necessary items and was pleasantly surprised by the change in this store since the last time I had been in. Alot cleaner and more organized, presentation of items and displays very neat and we'll thought out. You can tell the staff is really taking pride in making this store a success once again. Cudos to the new manager and staff keep up the good work

I give ot 5 stars ! Walked in at 9:30 at night and nobody was around . I could have walked out with just about anything cause no one was around for 10 minutes, as i stood there and waited for some one to sell me cigarettes

Great family dollar. Very helpful staff. They accept cash debit but not ebt food.
