TA Travel Center

Favorite TA in Michigan. We appreciate the festive Christmas decorations and holiday music. The staff is super friendly, the restrooms are clean, there is a clean spacious laundry center, and the store is fully stocked. We had dinner at the Country Pride restaurant and enjoyed the delicious comfort food. Overall a really nice stay. Thanks Battle Creek!

Good gas station. Extensive retail shop. Clean restrooms. Local eatery inside with eclectic American menu. Good for gasoline and diesel. Easy off, easy on the interstate. Clean, well lit, accessible pumps. Seems safe even being close to the casino. Friendly staf, also.

Just night shift worker was so helpful I could not find any working DEF was going to half to park it, but I called TA in Battle Creek and he told me pump 7 &9 DEF was working
So I was able to continue my drive. If it wasn’t for him telling me the DEF was working. I was gonna have to wait till Walmart opened up at 7 o’clock. Nobody had boxed DEF either.

I was really really impressed with the staff here very nice and polite. A woman name, Asia oh my God she made me smile and made me smile and made me smile. This woman needs a raise. She is outstanding I’ve been too over 50 TA , Ta express and Petro’s fueling stations she is the best cashier I have ever encountered

I stopped at the ta to have a meal and amber was our waitress , she was very courteous and kind . Not to mention very attentive as a waitress which is nice to witness in these days and times .GREAT JOB AMBER WE WILL BE BACK ! K eep doing and giving great service the world needs more like you thanks again

I don't say a whole lot on here but I'm going to give credit where credit's due. This is one of the nicest TAs I've been to in a while very clean. The people that work there were very nice and they seem like they was kind of understaffed

Lots of parking. Easy on and off the interstate. Facility appears clean and well maintained inside and out. Well stocked store.

This special young lady took care of me so well. Asia I love you girl making me feel important. Kudos honey!!!!

Kyle and his staff are all friendly, bathrooms and showers always clean when I’m here, auto shop does great service, food in restaurant good, lots of parking.

I run a dedicated hop and I’m here every Monday night/Tuesday morning. This place has an actual Country Pride, and the second shift servers “Lefty” and “Trouble” know their jobs and do them well. (I hope they don’t turn this place into a fast food factory like most of the other TA’s.) I’m usually here around 6, and the lady (I always forget her name, I just call her Red because of her hair and she goes with it) who cleans the showers in the evenings does a really good job of keeping them clean. Rick, the night shift fuel desk guy, is a fixture… he’s always there and he’s always got coffee ready.

I come in everyday while I’m on this dedicated run. But the person that greets me with a big smile on her face is a Young Lady Named Asia. She’s so helpful and nice and even if I’m in a bad mood she puts a smile on my face. As many years I’ve been driving I never met a person with such good vibes and energy especially happiness. I literally stop here just to interact with her for the few mins I’m here. Thank you Asia if you read this for your Customer assistance and energy we need more people in this world like you!

I come here to fix My Truck and they handled good I just want say thanks for mark and Joe you guys doing good job

Great restaurant, food and service were both awesome!

Cashier Asia was great help for me. She assisted me with finding the correct phone charger. Thank you for being so kind.

Amber in the restaurant is far the best server I've had from California to here. She is very polite stays on top of her game. Servers like her are hard to find will definitely be back to see her.

Asia is literally the best 😊 my husband and moved to the area and TA is our gas station, Asia knows who we are, and what we need... she is always super kind, and up beat!!!

I would come back here with any brake issue I ever experience. Kevin at the front desk got me checked in extremely quick, less than 5 minutes and had me in a bay immediately after.

Seth the mechanic had my braking issue diagnosed AND fixed in less than one hour. They got the tire off my trailer and found bad brake pads (separation and a cracked I never saw).

Seth is what every employer should desire to have on their team. He took professionalism to a whole new level. He made me happy, he was an ambassador for TA, he knew what he was doing and most importantly he cared!

TA, this man deserves a raise, he deserves more than just a pat on the back. He's a good man. Because of Seth and Kevin as well. I will for sure be doing business with TA in Battlecreek MI more often.

Dinner buffet was hot and fresh. Nice variety of home cook type offering. Staffing was courteous and friendly. Nice atmosphere after a long day of Bravo Sierra known as trucking. Parking was plenty for a Tuesday.

The cashier named Rick was excellent help really kind and extremely good customer service. I wish every cashier was like this.

Rick on nights is always courteous and friendly. A good place for commercial drivers to stop on their route.
