Dillard's

Went with my wife to get some bras. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. My wife was quickly able to find what she wanted.

This Dillard's is my favorite department store ever. I can always find great clothes and shoes in the boys department. It is not always the cheapest, but when I need kids dress clothes and shoes in the right size, Dillard's is my first stop and they don't disappoint. The store brand, Class Club, makes a fantastic line that is affordable.

We just left Dillards and the young lady Savannah was the best. She actually works in the Chanel Department, but she help me pick out my jewelry for my cousins wedding. Dillards jewelry isn't cheap she sold me on Patience & Kindness. I actually thought those folks didn't exist anymore. God is Awesome. 🧡🙏🏾🧡

I love Dillard's, they have really nice shoes and clothing....but overpriced. I wait for price reductions before I buy something there...their clearance sales are the best!

The one I visited was in SC and the Black Friday prices were incredible. I completed a lot of my Christmas shopping. The lines were short, the employees were easy to find and nice.There was only one thing they didn't have that I thought they should've. But the overall experience was pleasant and I can't wait until next year.

We stopped by to shop for shoes for my wife. She wears size 11 and Dillards is one of the few places that consistently has a good selection of her size to choose from.
If they don’t have the size or color she wants they always offer to order them and have them shipped to our home.
The salesperson brought out numerous options for her to try and suggested some that my wife hadn’t seen on display. She went over and above to help her find something that was comfortable and that fit perfectly. What a great job!
We found a pair that she liked and they were on sale! My lucky day all around!

Had a wonderful shopping experience thanks to many helpful ladies in lingerie, women's shoes, home, and gift wrapping! And I forgot my phone in Home!! It was found and returned by the kind lady who had already helped us so much while shopping! This was right at closing time too! Had I not gotten my phone back so quickly my night would have been ruined! All of the employees were so nice even though it was the end of the day! Thank you!!

Though I rarely write reviews, I feel that Savannah at Dillard's Chanel cosmetic counter should be recognized for her skills and friendly demeanor. Her products are excellent and she is enthusiastic in sharing them and explaining how they improve your appearance. Savannah is such an asset to the company as she is always so patient in answering my many questions with all the knowledge that she clearly has regarding skin and skin products. This young woman will go far!!!

Well stocked with many options to choose from. The store is neat and tidy and easy to find a sales associate for fast check out.

I hate shopping for clothes. My wife and I had to do it today and a Sales woman named Denzing, at the polo desk, came over and was very nice and helpful. It helps shopping when the employees have a great sense of humor and are happy to help. Thank you very much. I’ll be back soon.

Julie in foundations went way beyond what was necessary in helping me find my new favorite bras. She kept bringing more to try on and critically checked the fit over and over again until we found the perfect ones. She was pleasant, professional and friendly. Who knew trying on bras could be fun! Dillard's is a nice clothing store located at Columbiana Mall. Plenty of parking, staff is friendly and the store is clean and organized.

neveah upstairs helped me and was very nice. she helped me find bathing suits in my style and also picked out some extras that were more out there that i ended up loving

If you want personalized, attentive service choose this store. Love the outside separate entrance...the quality in the brands they choose. Kudos to the Men's department staff!! We used to be Belk regulars but are shifting our buys to Dillard's as we feel appreciated here. Bye Bye Belk.

Great experience with Jennifer at lancome and the men's department store, just had to get white cotton handkerchiefs for a dress I didn't fill the top completely out in 😹😹

Has everything! Very nice and even had Wi-Fi.
