Newly Remodeled and updated, this CVS is great. Large open areas and a large state of the art clinic and pharmacy. Feels so good and calming to walk in this store. Friendly staff too!

Ms shonda was very helpful. She helped me find nausea medicine for my daughter.

Went in for a first dose of vaccination today. I had a prior appointment and that helped. The pharmacist was very friendly. Quick and efficient while being very warm and welcoming.

The store looks nice and clean with a good selection of items. Would shop there in future.

I went to CVS for a flu shot, as did many millions of Americans this season.
I expected long lines and a bit of a hassle, especially since doctors were recommending that the flu shot be taken so as to not only protect against the seasonal flu but to reduce the chances that someone could be hit by both the flu and COVID strains at once, since both are from the corona virus strains. That would also reduce the potential load on the hospitals.
But I was glad to see that they had online portals to handle appointments, and that the protocols, including COVID self checks, and insurance and payment options were efficient and fast. They had lots of time slots available too, so that helped as well.
When the walk in occurred I was able to check in through their app, as they sent me a reminder text and I only had to click on the embedded link to say I was in the store. The staff were courteous and had well spaced places for the flu shots. They took temperature checks and had sanitation stations for customers to clean their hands too.
In was in and out in about 12 minutes, and during the time block I was in the store only about 5-7 shoppers were there, so no crowding at all! So I was very pleased at not only their usually good service and staff but at how well they had adapted to help their customers during a time of unprecedented stress for everyone.

CVS – Yorktown @ Westheimer: The negative reviews of this wonderful Pharmacy has prompted me to write. It is human nature - we take good service for granted and don’t bother to thank or write a good review. But if one time they are busy and don’t attend to us like we think they should, we write a bad review! We have been using this pharmacy for over six years and find the Pharmacists and their Staff to be caring, attentive, and professional. We prefer to use this CVS even though their competitor is closer to us. I would give them ten stars if I could. They have always exceeded our expectations.

Omg!! RENZO is the best! Me and my mom came to purchase a few things and my mom has a hard time walking because of back problems, and he was so happy and helpful to help us. Walked us to the items
and explained a lot of what we asked. I will definitely be coming to this cvs more often. I love people with positive attitudes! He needs a raise and a promotion!! RENZO is the BEST!!!

Wow! What a difference it makes to walk into a CVS where Madison works. I have to stop going to the other CVS that’s closer to me because this location is always fully stocked and the staff are more than just friendly; they’re actually super helpful. I was looking for help and I met this great person called DEVIN this great man literally saved my life, my doctor had sent me a drug that cost $ 450 dollars Devin took his time and his great help and helped me find another medicine at cost of $ 10 dollars My God, thank God for people like Devin who with his great kindness make my day happy. I hope cvs rewards this man who really saved my life. People like him are what big companies need ... exelent costumer service Thank you very much Devin and Cvs.! The best Pharmacy ( Galleria area )
