American Eagle Store

I went in on 11/27/23 to purchase some jeans. I used to shop at the American Eagle stores when I was in Florida, so I knew that the brand of jeans were superior to others in style and quality.
The employee that was working the register that day, Erick C, was so courteous and kind. I was having some trouble with my AE Card but he took the time to help me figure it out which helped me not feel so flustered. He was pleasant, he was helpful, and if more people acted like this where ever we went, the world would honestly just be a better place. Definitely going back! Thank you Erick!

Bria was very helpful! I had a Aerie return I brought to the American eagle store I asked an the guy for help and he told me I had to “take it to the other side of the mall to the aerie store” I was confused because I have done aerie returns here I asked the girl at the checkout for help and she returned my items for me she brought it to my attention that I could return aerie items at any American eagle so I knew the other guy was just being lazy thanks Bria!

I’ve had a certain pair of American Eagle jeans for over seven years. They are still comfortable, fit, with no major problems. Regardless of what era this brand is popular, they do make high-quality clothes that last a very long time. I’ve had a good experience with them every time I shop there and would recommend them for anybody looking for a decent place to shop for clothes.

Staff was super helpful and friendly helping find our size and the right style of jeans we were looking for

This store was very welcoming there where two girls who helped me this morning who where able to help me find what my wife and I came for the staff was nice and sweet compared to their aerie store where we had a negative experience will be returning to this store

Wish I could give them more stars the girl with tha glasses running the fitting rooms was so sweet and the black girl at register was also really nice their presence was a relief a lot of stores in the galleria have employees with bad attitudes but they were amazing!

Let me start off by saying that this location is the best. All the staff were friendly especially George. He helped me find the right size in a shirt. The store is very organized and clean hard to do in the Galleria. The selection are good prices vary. The fitting room kinda smells but that's not the stores fault people be smelling musty anyways really nice store and will definitely be back!

Went to this location around 5:30 today the young lady at the counter with the braids was very kind she helped me get into a fitting room when designated employee wasn’t there she also help me find my $5 reward in my emails I appreciate her patience!

This is the best shop at the Galleria. Is is the first store of its kind. I can shop it without wading through merchandise. I can find all my sizes to. People are great also!

This location is great! They have a great selection, and the friendliest staff I’ve ever met! Only complaint is how expensive American eagles clothing is

Their Employees are super nice and they have good clothes that are affordable.

I come here maybe once a month to look for new shirts, pants, some times accessories but not so much.

I love the employees, all of them were super friendly.
