I enjoy making tshirt quilts and have made several flannel squares blankets for family and friends.

The staff there is so helpful, there was an error ringing up a product and the man behind the counter was incredibly patient and helpful. I love the selection and the sales prices at Joanne's I really hope they don't go away like the rest of Collin Creek Mall did I wouldn't know where to go for supplies. Will definitely return especially for this awesome Christmas sale they are already having.

If I could I would give them a 7 star rating. It is a perfect store for all kinds of fabrics and crafts work. We went there only to buy a piece of fabric for my top and ended up buying 5 other materials for shirts and dresses. Not only that, they have patterns for different outfits as well, so even if you don't know how to measure your clothes the patterns will help you to cut your clothes accordingly. There are laces of different varieties, threads of different colors both for sewing and embroidery, buttons and zippers, and all other accessories that you might need for your project, that includes ruler and board and scissors and what not. I got lost in the store and I lost track of time. I didn't realize that I spent almost 2 hours in the store and I was still browsing. This is my new favorite fabric store now. Can't wait to get back there soon.
As for their accessibility, they have a very convenient ramp with accessible entrance, not to mention the parking lot has accessible parking too.

First time and it's probably normal for regular shoppers, I was very impressed by the many quilt pattern choices.

The Joann's chain is my favorite place to get my planning supplies. As usual, Joann's always seems to have only one cashier.
This location is my favorite location. They had a good selection of items to buy. The staff will help you with you ask questions. They store is clean and organized.

Placed an online order. Called the store after a few hours. I could tell they were swamped. Asked about my order...and let me just say, the girls that assisted me were just the best! Happy and friendly even though it was a bit hectic in the store with the volume of customers. I was in and out in a jiffy thanks to their helpful can-do attitudes. Their service was better than any Halmark movie channel store clerk interactions. A++++

This Joann’s is always nice and clean. The parking lot is a little odd to get into if you’ve never been here before; it’s not in the front of a plaza. The lighting inside could be brighter; sometimes it’s hard to determine the true color of things. Other than that, the staff is very nice and helpful, and I enjoy coming here!

They are having an amazing sale 70% all Christmas Items, on the app you can earn rewards, they always have great coupons, and you get more coupons when you purchase something. Great Customer Service too.

I come here way too often for my own good. The staff here is lovely and I love that I get a teacher discount. I wish I could stack it with other coupons though!

Love that they offer curbside pickup! There are no marked spots like grocery stores, just at their front of the store curb. I have young children and it's easier for me to order ahead instead of hunt inside with a toddler who likes to explore! LOL Also great digital coupons in their app!

Very nice place for your craftsmanship needs, I wanted to upholster my dining chairs, and found everything I needed and more in Joann's. The main reason was Alex, a kind, friendly and very knowledgeable employee. Alex made sure I have everything I needed for my project and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this store.

I go here all the time and the staff are very nice and helpful. Everything is generally stocked and clean. They actually helped me fix a problem from another Joanns that charged me the wrong amount for something I bought. Definitely recommend this place

Val at the cutting counter made my day. She is very knowledgeable, answered my questions and did all this while precisely cutting my fabric (straight cuts and down to the inch). Great store, reminds me of Cloth World back in the 70's. So many fabrics, trims and notions. Don't forget to stop by the remnants for deals! Every time I am in I find a online coupon or two. Last time between my coupons and their sale prices, I saved over $24! Be sure to check out the storage, jewelry and decor. Better prices on those than Michaels.

Came only to get heavy duty thread for a project, and noticed a great deal for a limited time. JOANN FABRICS is great for arts and crafts, and especially sewing notions. I plan to take a beginners sewing class later this year or next year since I like what I see at this store and the staff is very nice. I only wish they had screen printing fabric and a few basic screen printing supplies.

Great choices, large, clean store. Nice fabric, nice ladies, not a lot of turnaround. Shop there often for my business and never once had an issue. In regards to coupons, I use several every time I go, never had an issue & maybe other customers who had problems got up on the wrong side of the bed!

Busy location! The staff was friendly, they had 3 staff members on checkout lines, so it was a fast process. They have a great selection, I just wish the shoppers were more courteous-- several times I was expected to go around others or have people run into me-- without so much as an excuse me!
