Publix Super Market at Gateway Mall

This Publix is lucky to have the number one cake decorator in the city, Brittany B. There’s nothing she can’t do. You show her what you want and she exceeds your expectations. I was upset because I couldn’t find a store that would be able to create the look I needed, once reaching out to this location, Brittany aced the job.

I have yet to have a bad experience here. I'm generally figuring out where things are in the store and I always end up where a store employee notices my confusion and guides me in the right direction. They are always polite and helpful. If I had any bad comment to make is that there never seems to be enough employees, cashiers in particular. I'm not sure if they are weeding them out and replacing with machines (self checkout) or what. Publix use to comment on how they cared about the employees and their employees own the stock in the store. Are they now partnering with IA instead of flesh and blood?

Publix is truly my to go to Store.

This Publix is the only one I know to sell there own brand of peanut butter with honey crushed whole peanuts with roasted honey at the bottom.

Excellent shopping experience every time. Clean, well stocked and a helpful/friendly environment.

This is my default Publix location, convenient location, and very friendly staff. They went out of their way recently to ensure that my kid got her sprinkle cookie, even though I had conveniently "forgotten" to stop in the bakery for it.

I shop here all the time and never have a bad experience!
Update... I still haven't had a bad experience here. Even though this Store is ALWAYS slammed when I go there.

My favorite supermarket!! I have been a loyal customer of Publix at various locations and have always been 100% satisfied!! Always well stocked with an incredible variety of products, fresh produce, fish and meats. The employees are very courteous and helpful too! Hats off to Publix!

My Publix, small but love their bakery, best Sourdough bread ever!

If you're ordering a cake I highly recommend this particular Publix. My family has ordered many cakes for holidays, birthday parties, and most recently a cake for my youngest daughter's graduation from this location and every single time they've gone above and beyond to make everything look wonderful and taste delicious.

This is an older Publix. It doesn't have the large deli like most new buildings. Everything was clean and workers were friendly.
