Visited to make an exchange, but they have such a small men's section. Most items were on sale, and they didn't have the jacket I was looking for. Ended up doing a return for store credit. The lady was super helpful because the returned item was a gift, and it had no tag. I only had the order number for the gift that was purchased online. I was able to order the jacket online using the store credit. No issues.

Thi is the most positive, energetic and polite sales person I have ever interacted with at Macy’s. I came to get a red lip liner and ended up with perfume as well. Her energy is so happy, she is all smiles. Thank you for a great shopping experience Thi.

Macy newark was great the staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable of items. And they had hip hop music playing I was like WOW no show tunes. Awesome 👌 keep it up they have Xmas trees for sale on the 3rd floor already 👍

Macy’s of the only big thing I can find in Newpark Mall. Went to get my watch repaired (to change the battery). They took almost 4 weeks but finally did that. Also this mall has some free Voltas EV charging stations. So folks who have plug-in hybrids or fully electric vehicles can benefit on that.

Several months ago I met the salesperson at 200 Newpark mall Macy's, for Shiseido and Estee Lauder, her name is Sherry Lu. She served with every customer with passion, especially when I had problems and needed to speak English on the phone, she would help me contacting Macy's customer service, solved my issue otherwise I would not solve by myself. Place is kinda clean even though they have a huge selections of clothing and areas to maintain.
Service was fast and friendly.

Maria in the jewelry section is a really nice and humble salesperson just because of her excellent customer service we bought a nice Diamond earrings for wife , Mens ring for my dad, and a mayc’s credit card . Will definitely recommend to all high quality products great discounts

Great sales going on right now. I got a down jacket for $49.99, originally $100, plus I had a coupon so it was only $37.49! No big crowds so great in store shopping.

This is in a mall with ample of parking. Though part of the mall, as it is at the end of the structure, is also sort of stand alone. Good practice of maintaining distance and sanitizers available around coupled with low traffic made it look safe for shopping.
