I saw something at this store that I thought was gone for every!!! Customer Service!!!! That's right people, you can really get Customers Service here!! It's not a thing of the past or gone in a basket lol

She greeted me as I walked in the door--that was a nice touch. And then she handled the problem successfully and it was done in a very short period of time.

The team at the Scottsboro, AL store was phenomenal. They were kind and considerate. The manager even made sure my transfer of data to the new phone was complete before I left. It did take a while to complete but that's to be expected. We even had a good conversation that distracted from the how long the transfer was taking. Easy transaction too.

Michael did a phenomenal job!! All smiles and answered any questions I asked!! Very professional. 10/10!!

Great experience. Kaylee is a very valuable employee to ATandT. We are on the prepaid plan and got new phones, she set them up for us, as we are seniors and not tech savy. Her knowledge, professionalism made everything so easy. Her genuine kindness, courtesy and politeness made us feel as if we were family. Chad was absolutely amazing. He was so knowledgeable and didn’t rush us at all. The issue didn’t have anything to do with ATT and he still took the time to help us. 10/10 for sure. I’ve never had a more positive experience with a phone store. Go see Chad! You won’t regret it.

The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me reset my mother’s phone. They were quick to identify the problem and BE the solution. I was impressed with the care of these young people. They renewed my hope in the next generation. Shine On!

This particular AT&T store used to be managed by some of the rudest, inconsiderate people and it was absolutely dreadful if you ever had to go for any reason. BUT the store has since then gotten new management and WOW at the difference! The manager Chad is absolutely phenomenal. The customer service and the willingness to help exceeded my expectations tremendously. If you have any issues or questions, I know Chad will be more than happy to help you in any way he can. Love it!!

Under new management, the old manager = ehh.. but the new one 10/10. The whole staff was very helpful in helping me select a plan and phones for my whole family. Worked with me every step of the way. Friendly, kind service in the likes of which I have not had anywhere in quite some time. Also, very professional atmosphere whilst also friendly and intimate. My two sales people and I connected on a personal level, almost as if I’d known him and her for years. Like talking to two old friends. The store itself was very clean down to the glass windows. In addition to all that, I was greeted and treated as a valued customer as soon as I walked in the door. As long as I live in Scottsboro, Alabama; this will be my AT&T store.

Chad the new manager is awesome!!! He helps me and answers any questions I may have about my account any time I have a concern. Also gets me great deals and let’s me know when I’m eligible for an upgrade.

So the Scottsboro AT&T store was managed by some people who did not care what happened nor about customer service. And they are under new management. Now with that being said the new manager Chad is very nice and extremely helpful. He has definitely turned that store around. If anyone needs help buying a phone or anything related with AT&T they are the ones to see.
