Stopped by to look at living room suites and everyone was friendly and made us feel at home. John R. was very knowledgeable about the products and awesome to talk to. The store manager Shawn was super to work with and went above and beyond to put us in the perfect product. Will be back for sure!

John & Shawn are the best managers that thoroughly went out of their way to help my family out with a new mattress, pillows, bed frame, 2 night stands and end table. 60 days 0 interest. Patient young men that was able to handle a hard headed person that I know was hard to deal with. They were phenomenal and I’m so appreciative. I love Ashley Furniture! We came in after church and we’re greeted as soon as we walked in. Alysa was friendly and had a great smile. Their team was able to help us find exactly what we wanted. John explained so much about their warranties and the different fabrics Ashley sells.
We ended up buying a beautiful love seat and couch and could not be more comfortable and pleased with our financing. Thank you John & Alysa.

John Reese and Tyler are super helpful and patient! They helped us pick the best option and were easy to work with. We felt zero pressure while walking around the store which is a huge plus when shopping for furniture.

From the moment we walked in the door Tyler was there to help us with all our questions. He was very knowledgeable about mattresses and furniture. As a whole everyone there was very helpful and nice. The whole process went smooth.

Dylan was amazing helping us choose the perfect option in sectionals for our family. We were so impressed with his friendly attitude and customer service, and he was so knowledgeable about the products and options. I shattered the remote to our adjustable bed. I was treated so well by the Ashley Homestore employees when I went to them for help. It was not repairable, but they quickly replaced it with a new one right there in the store and explained how to pair it to our bed. No charge to me! Such nice people!

Sean was very helpful in working with us to find a new mattress. He was cheerful and knew his products. He took all the time necessary and helped us find a mattress to meet our needs.

Nathan and Alysa were so awesome! We went in to Ashley looking for a sofa, and they were very helpful and friendly. We purchased a lovely sofa, and we can't wait for it to be delivered. We highly reccomend them!

Professional staff and ordering was easy. Great customer service. We had a great experience in August and have returned in November for a sofa. Nathan Riley was knowledgeable on everything we looked at. We will continue to shop this Ashley Store. Kudos to Ashley for the holiday "Basket Brigade" fundraiser for donations to the community this season!

I was greeted at the door, and the representative was with me the whole time, showing me different mattresses. After shopping other stores, I found the perfect one at Ashley for me and it was a reasonable price. Thr entire transaction was painless and thr representative was attentive and helpful.

We bought a bedroom suit today at the Ashley store in Scottsboro and we had an great experience! We were helped by Nathan and Sean and they were both super friendly and helpful!
