I love Home Depot a there prices are lower than Lowe’s when they sale items it s a good sale price not just Pennys.

Our interaction with Desiree was great. She was very conscientious to our needs and was very curtious. She is a wonderful person to have as a customer service representative.

ZOE was amazing! I I called to ask about products... she dropped whatever she was doing, and went out of her way on a late Friday night to find those products, and give me any information I needed. (You will not find that at Lowe's). And you will not find that with most workers, period.
She was so friendly and helpful. ZOE deserves a RAISE.

You can get in and out pretty quick using the app. The lady at the return desk is super helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Appreciate getting what we need and out the door. Cashiers are always so nice!! Clean store!

The Trussville Home Depot is well stocked and conveniently located on Highway 11 you should find most everything you need here

I always have fun looking around, they have a great supply of building materials, plants, grills, patio furniture and the list goes on. I can always find a helpful, polite, respectful employee when I need help.

Always a great stop ... awesome to Veterans... will always be a favorite stop for me.

I stopped to look at several items. They have pre-hung steel exterior entry doors with half lights for $324.00, inluding machinging, hinges, and frame. There is a nice selection of kitchen double sinks at reasonable prices. They have several options of double curtain rods for windows up to 120" wide. The last item on my list was solid surface and stone countertops. They offered several patterns at $32.00 & $41.00 per square foot. There are several good choices for my project.

Caleb in lawn and garden was EXCEPTIONAL with customer service, helping me decide on mulch, plastic and garden fencing.... loaded all 30 bags of mulch on the trailer and helped me tie it down!!! He deserves a raise FOR REAL!!! Thanks again Caleb!!

Want to commend your associate named Casey Brown. Casey is outstanding with his work in lumber and building supplies. He is very helpful whenever I have a question. He also knows his job extremely well and will make sure my concerns are met without taking up too much of his busy day. My trips are much more pleasant when he assists me. I also commend all other associates at Home Depot as they too are always helpful and with a smile, but Casey’s knowledge of his job is outstanding.

We stopped here for a shovel, but when I asked for directions I found a lot more than any digging could get me. I just fell deep in the brown eyes of the cute girl with a septum piercing working on gardening.
If anyone could help me reach her I would really appreciate it, but the store was great too!

This place is a great place to shop....
We went to 2 local businesses who carry a specific item we were needing, the employees were extremely rude. Working in a large essential store, I understand the stress @ this moment of time but am never rude to shoppers, we were shocked how rude they were, so we went to Home Depot, not a normal place for this item but went just to see if they may have what we needed. We were a little frazzled because of the previous stores but soon we're smiling and enjoying our shopping experience. Bruce was wonderful, he assisted us above and beyond normal service. He was busy helping others also and never was RUDE once. We have always had a great experience @ this Home Depot store and I want to thank the employees for all they are doing. Keep up the good work and stay safe fellow essential workers.

LOVE THIS STORE!! ALWAYS very friendly , knowledgeable and professional service. Employees are AWESOME ... Particularly at the returns counter... Never have any problems returning for refund or exchange and they do it quickly and with a kind friendly professional manner. They ALWAYS have everything I need in stock and the employees in the paint department and garden center are always very helpful ,knowledgeable , professional and personal . I will never buy anything for my needs anywhere else except my Scottsboro, Alabama Home Depot! Thank you all for making every experience a positive and greatful one !!
