LOVE IT!! I got ice coffee & everything bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was toasted & very yummy. I have been every day since they opened service is always friendly. So happy to finally have Starbucks!

Scottsboro has a wonderful starbucks. It's always very clean and the staff is always very nice. Our orders are always ready if we order ahead and they get to as quickly in the Drive-Thru. We go here often.

Stopped here while on road trip to Bama...hands down best Caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino from Starbucks! Plenty of caramel crumble topping, and the whipped topping added in on the bottom like it's supposed to be! Staff was very friendly and gave exceptional customer service! Definitely recommend making a stop here!

Traveling with my granddog, Nilla and I love the fact that the staff is so friendly and loves giving pup cups to her. She looks forward to them. The staff was very engaging. The place was energetic. A great place to stop before a Ling trip. I felt energized!

The Starbucks in Scottsboro AL is one of the best ones I have been to. The workers are so nice and they work so hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. They are always smiling and greeting the customers as soon as you walk in.

Met a wonderful person called Netty - same name and spelling as me. She was super helpful and was gracious enough to let me take a selfie for a keepsake.

Scottsboro's Starbucks is one of the few you will find in Northeast Alabama. It is easy access from highway 72. Starbucks has something for everyone. They make drinks of all kinds, and have a variety of great snack items. For a quick coffee anytime Starbucks is a reliable choice.

Staff was very friendly and my mobile order was ready when I walked in the door.

Coffee is always made as requested, haven’t had an order be made incorrectly to date. They seem to be minority understaffed on some occasions but that’s understandable given the current state of the country. Service is great and staff are friendly and accommodating. The only complaint I have is about the occasional fellow-customers that throw tantrums and ruin places like this for the rest of us.

Updating my review as this place keeps getting better and better! Today (6-15-2022) their card machines were down, but others places were too, so I didn't think it was a Starbucks issue. I always order ahead and pay in the app, tho, so it didn't affect me at all!
