This place is great these guys here are just the best, they're kind understanding, and fast to help you. They want to give you the best service that they can. I was surprised how nice they were and how helpful they were I made a small change on my plate and they went out of the way to make it good for me. I had the chicken fried steak and my wife had the number 8 grilled chicken sandwich and everything was just delicious, all I can say is thank you guys so much. You are wonderful do very good work and you cook the food perfectly. Mechlle, thank you so much

Best burger and fries I've had in a long time. Food was hot. Service was poor. Only the stars goes towards the food. With the exception of the drive thru girl who worked that day around 4-5.

Truck driver discount was very much appreciated. Food was yummy, and we were shocked at how inexpensive our meal was compared to everywhere else we have eaten out at lately. Nice to catch a break. Fried green tomatoes were spot on delicious. ALSO the staff were knowledgeable and friendly and the building was very clean. We WILL be back, no doubt!

Most of the time I go everything is great. Food is always fresh, they are usually very speedy. They are polite and friendly. I live right down the road and I go quite often. The store is always clean and employee’s have had masks on since the mandate has been in force. It seems to be a well run store. 🍔🍟🥤

First time to visit. Good food, friendly staff, decent atmosphere. Busy place for a Sunday afternoon. Definitely will be returning.

Never went to this location before and stopped by the drive-thru. Food was good and had no issues.

The food was the excellent quality that I've come to expect from Jack's.
I have noticed when you go in the location they seem to be in a rush to get your order and sometimes you just want to stand back and look at the menu for a minute

I've been to every Jack's in the area, and the section store is the best one so far. A lady named Shay waits on me almost everytime. My wife has a food allergy and Shay makes it a personal mission to get her order correctly done, her attention to detail is always spot on.she is LwYs friendly,and on task.the rest of the crew are great also,but she seems to take just a bit more initiative. Thank you Shay for keeping my wife safe.

I go here anytime I dont want to get far from home the staff is bearable the manager will always take care of you. The food isnt bad they mess up orders, but not as bad as they use to and they always made it right. 5/5 they are definitely a family restaurant

Quick friendly service and delicious food.

They have great food great service the only thing I don't like is the employees parking up front across from handicapped there's only two handicap spaces and they blocked up all the parking world's elderly people has to walk a long ways to get inside order our food I wish I could put a stop to that that gives five parking spaces for the elderly in the front I'm disabled with lung disease and can't walk far if y'all read this please do something about it that's the Demopolis Alabama Jacks thank you very much

Clean, friendly, helpful staff. Big Truck parking, a huge +, and this location gives a 10% discount to truck drivers. Thanks Jack's for looking out for us truckers.

The Jack's in Section, Al. has always been very good and fresh. Sevice staff are friendly. Inside is very clean and someone is always cleaning when I'm there.
