Publix Super Market at Scottsboro

Awesome grocery store.. clean as a pin and an awesome deli with a soup bar.. good quality groceries at a reasonable price.. the pharmacy is awesome with much better prices than others in the area.. just really impressed with the overall store.. employees were very helpful and friendly.. will definitely go back.. updated from 5 months ago..

Super clean and well organized. The Scottsboro location has a very helpful and friendly staff that makes navigating this supermarket even more enjoyable. Plenty of registers open made check a fast and easy experience. Plenty of healthy options and fresh produce for any individual looking to make improvements to their diet. Definitely check then out passing through or if you are local

LOVE THIS PLACE, Publix is the best for everything. Ordered the heat and serve turkey dinner for Thanksgiving, and it was AWSOME. Employees are super sweet. I live in Illinois so it's a treat every time I come down. But I was a loyal shoppers when I lived in Florida. Send some more Publix up north, we need good food and good service. Love the deli and bakery.

Long-awaited Publix finally opened in Scottsboro, Alabama. I absolutely love this store and all Pubilx stores. All of the employees are super friendly and always ask if they can help. The parking lot is not a mess, easy in and easy out. The store is neat, well-organized, super clean, and the shelves are stocked with great products. The bakery is awesome, with fresh sushi made daily, and the best produce you will find. Best of all, there are no oversized shopping carts clogging up the isles as you get across the street. Ya’ll are great; please build a Publix in Fort Payne!

Came in yesterday to pick up lunch meat and snacks for the week. Got myself a little turned around and had to ask for help locating some things off my list. The girls name was Silverly, and tho she was very busy at the time, she took time out and helped me locate my items. I hope Publix management recognizes and appreciates their hard-working staff.

I was tasked with getting lunch brought to our company office for 10 executive visitors with only 2 hours to figure it out. I was stressing! I called Publix deli hoping maybe for a miracle with sandwiches but they fixed me up even better with a beautiful hot lunch of chicken tenders, Gouda Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. It was on time, hot and the entire lunch was complimented!!! Jonathan took my order and made recommendations and the entire process was friendly and helpful and super convenient. The absolute BEST CUSTOMER service I have ever had in my entire professional life. Thank you for helping me to put something nice together so quickly!!!!!!

Definitely love shopping here over Walmart ya somethings is a little more expensive but not much we will hit up the deals and everything is really clean and up keep which is nice

Gotta start by admitting I am picky, but always reasonable. We all know customer service isn't what it used to be. Thankfully, Publix in Scottsboro never got that memo! So I eat here 3-4 days a week, for several reasons:

1. The entire team in the Deli department absolutely shine! I personally do not know any of them, just stating the facts.
2. The value is there and prices are reasonable, despite inflation affecting almost everything!
3. The food is intentionally kept fresh and that's the key. Nobody wants to pay for stale heat-lamp preserved food no matter how affordable. In the rare instances you find that due to the staff being slammed, they quickly acknowledge it and offer to cook whatever you need, FRESH!
4. The staff never roll their eyes or treat you as if you're being difficult with your requests. They understand you're spending YOUR money and could eat anywhere.
5. Their upbeat attitude can't be faked. We all have things going on in our personal lives but this store keeps it pro and you'd never know it!

Summary: It's nice to be catered to affordably, while maintaining strict quality standards!

I haven't learned everyone's name yet but can guarantee they'll be happy to see/ serve you here. But don't take my word, go see for yourself!

If you haven't tried their deli,subs,you are missing out. Please go by and have a sub you won't be disappointed. First time I ate one I loved it and I will be going back again. I really think it's the best sub I've had in a while.

So happy to have them here now! Love the bakery ( we got our wedding cake there..yum). The pub subs are so good!! They have cashiers waiting to check you out!!!! Best produce in town.

Nicely stocked....pricey for my liking....I'd only be able to shop there for " special times"" I'm wayyyyyy too poor for this store 😳😁

Staff are super friendly. Prices are a big aggressive but you just wanna take advantage of the sales and bogo's

Absolutely love this store. They carry so many vegan and dairy-free products that I used to drive out of town for. Everything I have tried from the bakery (bread,cakes, pastries, pizza dough) have all been delicious. They are pricey on some things, but they have great weekly sales and bogos. Every staff member I have encountered has been so sweet and helpful.

Nice store, brand new store, lots of parking space, large grocery selection, helpful staff. Nice eating area that older Publix do not have. The eating area is a nice touch.

We stopped to pick up some things for dinner. Ended up getting a plate at the deli. Clerk was super nice. It was very clean and nice atmosphere.

Great place to buy groceries. Large selection. Fantastic produce.

A fairly new store that has a good selection of fine goods - some that you would expect in a big city like Huntsville or Madison.

I always have a fantastic experience in this Publix, so happy they are here. They have the items on the shelves that I use to have to drive to Fresh Market for. However today this review is for Ethan in the Deli area who puts together a sub sandwich like it’s a piece of art. He also provides a super customer experience and was so helpful answering all my questions with a smile. Appreciate that. John was being very helpful too. He was waiting on another customer but I could tell she was very happy with her experience also.

We were traveling and stopped by Publix for sandwiches. OMG, the sandwiches were so good! The deli people put so much love into it. I said, everytime we travel through, we will stop for a sandwich from the deli. The cashier were so friendly. Just says a lot for this store - excellent. Five star!

I made a quick stop there on my way to Florida. It was a nice experience.
