Love this gamestop location, the staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to hook you up with extras for spending the extra buck! I love it's a prestige location this location is most definitely the better of the two in the Morgantown area! A+++

This is simply the best place to go if you or your family are video gamers. Their prices on new and used games, systems and accessories is always the lowest around, every day, and signing up for their rewards card makes them unbeatable. The service we have received has been superb before and after the sale. The sales associates are very knowledgeable and more than willing to explain anything to help non-gamers when buying gifts, and they have a great order online and pick up at the store system.

Always pleased with buying my son new gaming products from here. There Warranties are perfect if you have kids.One thing I do suggest is receipts should have the option to be emailed along with printed.

This is a great store to come to, the staff are great and patient. I bought a used game (gta SA) that appeared to be previously buffed but with the warranty i walked in and they handed me a new copy. They understand people wanting to get done fast and they delivered.

Everyone was wearing masks, employees were friendly and helpful. I had some rewards issues, but the employees helped me figure out the issue and was able to get in and out of the store quickly.
