Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I love SW paint product quality, had to comment on Zach’s expertise and five star service. I was looking for an oil based stain and brought in a typical plank; Zach applied it in the store and dried it so I could compare while I waited. Great customer service you don’t get at the big box.

Customer service is outstanding at this store. i have ordered both in person and online with instore pick-up. different associates, same great service. Purchased paint that i didn't know was on sale, but the associate did and applied the sale price without my knowledge.

I am a return customer to this store because the employees are always helpful and pleasant to work with. At my recent visit Michael helped me. Michael was friendly and helped me match a paint I bought in 2016. This took a few minutes but Michael was glad to help. I don't paint often but I was treated like I shop there every week. Keep employees like Michael and I will continue to shop at your store. Michael is what customer service should look like.

The staff here, one particular young guy, are the absolute best! Every time I go in I am greeted and helped right away. They seem highly knowledgeable. And when they don't have a product in stock, they recommend their competitors who carry it. That is such good service to me. I'll continue to go here for all my paint needs!

I appreciate the quality service and the quality of the paint I have purchased at Sherwin-Williams. It always covers well. Also my local store keeps track of my purchasing history so I can always go back and get more of the same if I need it, They are always helpful and know their stuff.

Drew is awesome he's friendly and very knowledgeable and he takes the time to listen to what you need and gets you the right product or tool for the job the first time around. I've never had any issue here and i will recommend this store to anyone needing paint supplies come here you won't be sorry ya did.

I have been a Home Depot Behr paint user for almost 20 years but not anymore. Not only am I liking SW paint better, the folks at the Sullivan location are great! They have helped us with product info, coverage estimates, color matches, etc. I won't go anywhere else! GREAT customer service.

Because of Brandon @SW on Sullivan our day was saved. I was visiting from Las Vegas for the holiday and his kindness and chivalry saved the day. I love SW and shop at their stores back home. I was assisted by the manager Drew. He matched a color for me & gave me a couple other suggestions for products to complete my specific paint job. The store was squeaky clean & they have enough products to make your head spin!

I would highly recommend this Sullivan location. I am a young lady that just bought my first home and not very experienced with paint & they helped me get a great understanding! Very nice men in there today i will be getting all my paint from there.

I do a lot of specialty painting applications, and the staff here always has been very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you Drew! He's the best and always has an answer to my questions, and if not he finds out! And they do have the best brushes around, I only use Purdy, they are the best!

I've used Sherwin Williams for years. I always get consistent decent customer service and they have a great range on selection of products. I will continue my business here.

Sherwin Williams is the Cadillac of the paint world. I've worked with many different local branches, love the quality of their paint, it's a little spendie but you get what you pay for in all things. As a small business owner Sherwin Williams is always 1 of 2 paint company's I refer to my clients.

It's too easy to make a mistake when trying to finish new surfaces. It is really best to start from scratch by consulting with someone who knows the surface you are finishing and the correct products to match that surface. It's just too much trouble to undo a mistake. Also, remember, you get what you pay for, so do it right the first time.

Compared to other paint we've used Sherwin- Williams is definitely superior. The staff very helpful and patient, particularly at the Sullivan store

I got assisted by Drew and Ashley, they were very helpful and nice! Came in couple times, I was being annoying but they helped me out no problem. Also was assisted by another guy there don’t know his name.
