Pilot Convenience Store

Young lady stuck to her guns when customers harassed her about need selling beer to them because of an expired license. She was doing her job and was very polite and kind despite how rude the customers were.

Nicely run store, friendly peeps.

Employee Judy is always on her phone playing game or Facebook, she don't hardly do any work, I come in their one day got a drink and after I paid for it I seen her take money out of the register and put it in her pocket. She never does any clean the parking lot or does the bags of ice. She never on time hardly for work. Patrisha. Cooper is the only one is cleaning , waiting on the customers, putting away stock and waiting on customers at the same time. Judy and Susan is always smoking cigarette . I think Judy is on something she always talking about partying. I think she is stealing stuff and Susan is also. Judy is the only employees has every weekend off . I don't think that is Fair to other employees. Patty Cooper is the hardest worker they have and Robert is also. Judy never get outside to clean the parking lot, or does the ice , she just stands around hardly waiting on customers. Judy or Susan never does any cleaning . they are all the time on the cell phone . on personal stuff or playing game or Facebook. I think they both might be having something going on together.

Parking for sprinter vans are limited. The one down the street is your best bet.

Go to the big pilot truck stop down the street this one only has one bathroom for the men and women and the paper towel holder doesn't work.

As a mom do NOT stop here. The attendant is absentee at best, though no worries the attendant is there just sitting out front smoking or hiding behind the cash register. Also, it was super fun getting my screaming baby out of the car to change my baby at a “pilot” (which normally is great ANYWHERE else) just to see there was no changing table. So I got to take said screaming baby right back out to change in the parking lot in my car’s front seat. It’s 2021 and you can’t afford a changing table in at least the woman’s bathroom?

We just left after needed to stop and use the restroom after being on the road for the last 6 hours. The bathrooms were freshly cleaned and stocked. Floor was still wet. The younger gentleman behind the counter was sitting on a crate on his phone, drinking from a personal cup he just refilled. No lid no straw. Possible contamination’s of drink machine doing such. My child wanted a slushee (not icee). I went to get make one. Bent down to be sure I had the cup lined up correctly. There was BLACK MOLD on there. Once I noticed that I noticed how nasty the handle itself was and the catch tray. I told the gentlemen and the small older lady and the man continued to tell me it was burn marks. I work in the food industry. I have for the past 15 years. That was NOT burn marks if they were on the odd chance it was, why and how!? I was very discouraged when we went to leave. I will be contacting corporate about this issue. I am just completly beside myself.
