I came in looking for a specific Christmas gift and was helped immediately by 3 different employees. They were incredibly kind and helpful and went in the back and had exactly what I needed. Everyone was so nice and helpful and I looked everywhere for this specific item. Can’t say enough good things!

Best customer service I got in years Renee in paint department is a angel she helped me for 2 days and it didn't work out to my satisfaction so went back today Renee and Paul the store manager worked for a hr to make sure I got the correct color I was looking for. Over the last weekend I needed a few items for replacing a sink adding a garbage disposal and dishwasher into the kitchen where there wasn't one before including all new PVC drains. Mark and Alan help several times with parts and advice. All worked out fantastic due to their experience and knowledge.

Hats off to the entire crew in the store, they are always friendly and helpful; however, I need to shine the spotlight on one employee named Zach. I have dealt with him many times and he is always above and beyond any expectations of customer service. Recently I purchased a snow blower and I am confident that I selected the correct model based on Zach’s advice and product knowledge. Giving great service is not a one- time thing for Zach, he is spot-on every time. Zach deserves a five-star review.

I stopped into DeRonne's to check their gardening products and I wish I had done it sooner!
They carry products that the big box and garden nurseries don't have.. like a LARGE variety of grass seed for unique situations, bulk seed, specialized weed & grass killer, additives, milky spore, moss control, bug control, and the largest selection of gardening gloves and rat traps (also bait) I've found locally. It's a gold mine for specialized lawn care, and the staff, including management was friendly and helpful.
I'll definitely be returning!

Love this place! Helpful, knowledgeable people.They have everything from odd size to hard to find nuts and bolts, tools for all kinds of different jobs. They also carry my dogs favorite Graceland Farms Chicken Bark (dog treats.)

Everyone is very helpful. They are very supportive of veteran's. The store is well stocked. I am especially pleased with the nuts, bolts, washer and other hardware section. It's much nicer than previous years.

Local store with knowledge staff. You don't have to purchase 5 bolts if you only need 1. They have hardware you need without all the other junk you don't.

Very well ran business. If you need help or a question answered they have the staff to help and not just a generic answer but the right answer. I had ask one of the employees about a special electric breaker and rather than just giving me the brush off answer he said sir I am not familiar with this specific breaker let me get one of our guys that has alot of knowledge in electrical items . And just that quick he came back with a employee that knew exactly what I needed and gave me info on another problem that we had. Then both ask if I needed anything else . I thought was this just me or do they treat everone like this so I looked around the store for about 15 mins and saw the same scenario play out several times . DeRonne hardware is a true hometown gem.

They are the Best! Had some New Screens made (Sturdy Extrusions used)/ worked out beautifully. Friend was very happy. Highly Recommended

DeRonne has always had a staff that treats you like family. I have made sure I support family owned and operated and this place definitely deserves everyone's business. Too bad they don't also carry groceries because then I could just come here for everything.

I don't know who this Alex guy is, but he was awesome to work with over the phone. Super friendly and professional, went above and beyond in helping me find the right battery for my garage door opener!

Love love love this store. I work just a block or so away from this store and visit it a few times a month. Has feel of old time hardware store and the staff are wonderful, helpful, and always able to find someone to help me when I need it!

I spent over $200 the other day but one item did not work I could not make it work it was a Box cutter take knife I took it back with the receipt and they said we don't blame you those things are made poorly will be happy to return your money for you for this item. I was shocked and surprised and happy home. I'm going to true value from now on
