5 STAR PHARMACY LOCATION!....Have had nothing but EXCELLENT SERVICE from everyone at this 11Mile and Harper location! Every single person in the pharmacy is ALWAYS EXTREMELY HELPFUL & ALWAYS KIND, FRIENDLY & PLEASANT to deal with.. I would be remiss if I didn't give a SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO KIARA(hopefully I'm spelling her name correctly!🤔💭) who went above and beyond STELLAR for me today. Thanks Kiara! The staff in the pharmacy and front check out were friendly and helpful. I had already been to two other CVs location and the service was subpar. I did get the items. Was looking for thanks to the staff at this location.

I am a loyal patron or this CVS for the last 26 yrs. Both the in-store staff & the pharmacy staff are kind, friendly and take very good care of me & my family. I just want to say thank you for the many years of service.

Excellent CVS. Hard working staff. Never a problem & I am a customer with a fair amount of medical problems. I love shopping upfront too.

I have been a loyal customer here my entire life. I do not care for the slow cashiers but the pharmacy is great here. I always bring my items to the pharmacy to ring them up because they're fast! They are knowledgeable and kind! I am impressed with their speed because I know they are doing numbers. It's so busy every time I come in! My favorite pharmacists are the blonde lady who leaves her hair down, the red headed man and the pharmacist who works the midnight shift . Thank you all! For being polite, smiley and friendly!

I love this CVS. The staff is friendly and the store is very clean.

I was a last minute prescription at 7:40 and the pharmacy closes at 8. The urgent care I went to failed to send my prescription so I drove back and picked it up. By the time I made it back to CVS it was 7:55 and they had been dealing with a power surge from a storm. The pharmacy tech Beth helped me and the pharmacist Issa filled my prescription even though I'm sure they could have told me come back. Great service. Thanks again!

I've been using this pharmacy for a few months now, but decided to switch to Kroger because GoodRX had listed my medications as being significantly cheaper there. BIG FREAKING MISTAKE.

The Kroger pharmacist filled only 30 days worth of 2 of my prescriptions, even though I had a 90-day script for each. I wouldn't have been so miffed about it, if he hadn't have charged me the FULL 90-pill price for only 30... then proceeded to tell me to come back on an exact date, 2 days later to fill the rest of my meds when they arrived from the distributor.

I came back on the day he'd indicated, only to find a different pharmacist who told me I'd misheard the first pharmacist and that I'd have to wait and come back in 30 days to refill, and then in another 30 days to refill again.

Luckily, my dad was with me and had overheard the first conversation and knew that I hadn't misheard ANYTHING. The whole thing wound up being an enormous hassle and I finally was so upset that I just walked out of the store and told him he'd just lost my business forever.

I came to CVS in Saint Claire Shores instead, where I explained what had just happened and asked if they could transfer and fill the remaining 60 days of my script for me. Everyone, from the pharmacy techs to the Pharmacist himself, treated me so kindly. They called Kroger and transferred the script themselves. I didn't even have to do anything.

They told me that it was no problem at all and filled the script within 10 minutes of me having walked through the door.

I feel like, a lot of times, people only ever review companies to complain, and so it's important to recognize when they've gone above and beyond. So thank you, people at St Claire Shores, for restoring my faith in humanity.

I've been going to this CVS location for my scripts for many years. I'm not the "typical" pharmacy patient- I regularly fill prescriptions often stigmatized by society, pharmacists, & within the healthcare industry. But at this CVS I am consistently treated kindly, like a neighbor, especially by the pharmacy team on the evening shifts and by Yolanda. It's important I acknowledge the great work they do at this location, because unfortunately it's hard to find.

Always a great experience coming here. Very efficient, even when they are swamped.
The crew here are wonderful, and follow covid protocol.
Will always be a returning customer.

I've visited from out of state several times in recent months to care for elderly relatives, and I've had to switch my prescriptions from home to this pharmacy. The staff here has been outstanding in taking care of us and our sometimes complicated needs. Thanks for your professional and considerate service.

I choose this CVS over the 2 that are closer to me... the staff is totally awesome and they remember me and any issues I have with my Rx....they are on the ball and quick to fix any issues...best pharmacy

My first time here, I was in and out to drop off my script. It was filled within and hour! My cashier was friendly and saved me some $$
