I really like the Turkey Creek store. Friendly staff very helpful. Beware traffic is really bad in all of Turkey creek. I'm enjoying the new scents.

I love Bath & Body Works. The products are quite easily to find your favorite scents by color coding. Personnel are wonderful. I love to check out with Bree at Turkey Creek, TN!

New scent Calypso Clementine....my wife LOVES it. Talking with the in store staff, this is a seasonal scent. We believe that needs to become a full time scent. If it doesn't, grab it up before it's gone!!!

I have been here 2 times in the past two weeks. All employees are wearing masks. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are only allowing so many people in at a time, but talk to each person while standing there. Today was the candle sale! It was raining and they had personal umbrellas for customers to use! The lines moved quickly, so I waited to check our for less than a minute. Everything was quickly replaced and stocked. It was an awesome experience!

Em deserves a RAISE. Please give them one! I had the most complicated order I've ever had- coupons, promos, bopis, and 2 exchanges all at once. I didn't expect it to go well, cause tbh it never does. Even on something easy. But this time went so smoothly, and it was because of this one person. Thank you so much!

Good selection of wonderful fragrances of body sprays, lotions, candles and much more, it's a little pricey, but well worth it.

Bath & Body Works is one of my favorite stores that I love to shop for huge sales on all my favorite spa care.
They have a huge selection of shower gel, lotion and mist and bubble bath with over a dozen different scents.
I love shopping at this location, because the store has two sinks, where I can try new items and wash my hands before I make a purchase

Today there was a line out the door
...BUT the woman who works there with short hair was wearing one of the beautiful blankets since it was cold and im positive she is the reason those blankets are selling so well!! I can never remember her name but she is always there when I go in and she always complements me on how well im doing and looking after my recovery!! I have only told my story to a few people and she was the first person I ever told... she is absolutely 110% the reason I go to that location..she is always so helpful and always smiling 😃 and happy!! She honestly has been such an amazing person!! And she knows her bath and body works products more than anyone else!!! She truly is a blessing to that store!!! I always feel so welcome and comfortable shopping with her around! Today I saved 200$ on 15 items!! The 5ish dollar sale is absolutely worth it!!! This store and employee deserves 10 stars!!! ❤❤

Came here with my girlfriend today searching for a birthday present for my mom. The store was organized and we were greeted warmly by a nice gentleman. Directed us towards what we were looking for and helped us find another thing we were looking for. Thanks Daniel! The lady at the counter was very nice as well and put our gift in a shiny gift bag with some gift paper. Really awesome store with cute stuff and great customer service!

Evalyn and Keri helped me out with a HUGE return and honored a coupon I forgot at the house and brought back at a later date! I live in Maryville, so the staff was very understanding and eager to help me with my concerns. This store also has the biggest selection that I can find. I also thoroughly enjoy the attitudes of everyone here. I keep coming back to this store specifically. I know how difficult customers can be, and I apologize for the burdens I brought with me this visit, but will definitely be back with purchases in mind next time! Thank you all so very much!
