Spoke to one of the GMs when they first opened asking him if they could stock Uptimes. I promised him that if he did I would buy them out. He assured me he would get them here. That was months ago, still not here and it’s the only reason I come but I refuse to purchase anything else here as it’s out of my way. Most 7-11s have them, guess I’ll stick to the one at Preston and Beltline and buy everything else there too. 🤷🏼‍♀

Don't get gas here. The retarded that works here messes it up ever single time and then tries to yell at you because he is too stupid to correctly push a few buttons. These grown men with no skill sets don't even deserve $5 an hour. Just go to the chevron across the street so you don't have to deal with these idiots.

They are price gouging the customer on gas, they have been 30-50 cents higher per gal for over a month compared to others nearby.

I ask to use 711 rewards for pay cash they saying sure but after put gas they said I don’t know why you don’t get rewards they to learn better

Why say you're open 24/7 if every time I come after 12am, you're closed. Its been this way for a while, I just don't understand it, I come to this place every other day basically and there's nothing convenient about a convenient store, that's not open. (Before I get that it's because of covid-19) that's not true, the hours are just unstable because ive gotten here later than 2am in the last few days and theyve been open)

Horrible customer service..air machine for tires was not working. Went inside to tell the associate and was rudely told that they had nothing to do with the machine. I told her there was a 711 logo at the top of it so they obviously did. On phone with corporate office now..avoid this location. Always crowded and homeless people like to make the side parking lot their hangout.

I came to this location in a storm, it was snowing and icy. The door wasn't locked it had A charger wire wrapped around the door. I blew my horn the man inside came out and would not serve me. He said they were closed I am very upset.

Calling corporate tomorrow or maybe going to the corporate office in Coppel this man scanned my Newport coupon than after asking him to hold on while we got some more change he canceled the transaction and I lost my coupon the man instead of owinjng up to his mistake he argued and yelled at us this location is horrible and all over a dollar ... avoid this place
