I love this place! The accessories for mini-figures were especially great, high quality products at really good prices. Steve the owner was very passionate and excited to share everything the store had to offer as well as their custom services. Ideal for a LEGO hobbyist who doesn't want to stress about breaking the bank while upgrading their collection.

I have purchased from Brickloot several times. My niece's and nephews love them. I decided to write a review. I ordered the wrong items.. Their customer service fixed my mistake. They were Great!

The employees are extremely nice, the store sells a lot of cool brick sets you won't get at the lego store such as lego lights and architecture and also has an awesome minifigure museum you can check out for free. Its a hidden gem of the area and if you're bored then go there, it surely will not disappoint.

As a 67 year old retiree, I've been experimenting with different types of hobbies. Since I like building traditional models - mostly cars - I decided to take a look at Legos as a potential passtime. After doing a very basic Google search, I fortunately discovered Brick Loot, a very cool "all things Legos" online and brick-mortar store. I honestly was not sure how to get started or what types of models to buy as a new fan of Lego products. I sent a few emails to a few Lego retailers to get answers to 3 or 4 fundamental questions. That's when I found our which retailer I was going to deal with. Brick Loot, represented primarily by Steve Krex (co-owner with wife, Erin, and son, Parker), provided me with so much info and advice on "getting started with Lego". Steve and Erin have treated me with courtesy, kindness, and appreciation as a new customer. Therefore, in the past 15 days, I have already placed THREE orders and intend to place another one this week. The orders have been very well and carefully packaged and the shipping/delivery process has been perfect so far. Their products are of top notch quality and the prices are very fair/reasonable. When I consider Brick Loot's product quality/price, timely shipping (even FREE with >$50 orders), careful packaging, AND exceptional customer service, I simply cannot imagine a Lego dealership that is any better than Brick Loot. There might some that are comparable or even equal to BL, but they cannot possibly be better. Thank you very much Steve and Erin.

This is THE PLACE for true Lego people. Need a certain type of peice, they have it. A cool older set for your collection or for an awesome birthday gift, they got it. Extra Legos to help build up your inventory, they have it. I will be doing my holiday shopping here for my daughter as well as myself. The owner is really nice and helpful. A great store for any Lego fan in your family.

Just got my Knight Bus Lighting kit off Etsy. Really fast shipping and the lighting looks fantastic. I’m on a mission to build the entire Harry Potter lego series and I’m using Brick Loot to take it to the next level.

I tried this for 3 months for our 4 year old grandson who puts together kits mostly by himself with his Dad helping snap the tougher parts. He loves Legos. He's so so so happy to get these EVERY month. Thanks BRICKLOOT!
