We went there for towels and it was cheaper online but the cashier gave us a coupon. So we saved more money that way. I would think they would offer better discounts for coming to the store.

We went to get an engagement ring. They had a really good sale going so it was very reasonable priced. The woman working jewelry (I'm terrible with names) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and have great advice. Would definitely recommend to others.

JC Penny has been around a long time. It is because they have amazing sales and deals going all the time. Their clothing is very good and trendy. Their household products are great and online you have more options like furniture and kitchen tables, etc....you just can't go wrong with a company that's been around as long as JC Penny has been around.

I love this store. Your store is nicer than the one closest to my home. Keep up the good work.

Excellent customer service! Abby and Pam were so kind and helpful when I had trouble entering credit card info. They never got exasperated or lost their sense of humor and I never felt rushed. The store has excellent deals but it's the employees that will keep me coming back!

The very nice young lady that is over the jewelry department was very welcoming and helpful with awesome customer service and honestly she is the reason i give a complete 5 stars. She definitely is a valuable asset to JC Pennys.

Wife shopping for stuff on sale, saved about 60.00 still over 100.00 but when you need stuff you need it.

I was looking for an item and a sales associate asked me if I needed help. She was kind and very helpful. When we found that the size I was looking for was not in stock, she promptly offered to order what I needed. She did so quickly and efficiently. The sales associate made my shopping experience pleasant even though what needed was not in stock.

I can get things here I can't get anywhere else. They have a halfway decent plus size selection, though it is still small in relation to the regular sizes they offer. I like the fit and style.
